Dr. Russell Smith graduated Cum Laudefrom Weber State University. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.At Louisville, Dr. Smith was awarded membership in an honorary professional dental organizationrecognizing academic achievement. Following dental school, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. This residency further expanded the skills and knowledge attained in dental school as Dr. Smith worked daily with specialists in their respective fields including oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, prosthodontics and pediatric dentistry.
While stationed with the U.S. Air Force in England,Dr. Smith was made the officer in charge of Preventive Dentistry. He received additional education and training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. This position helped play a part inhis conservative, preventive approach to dental treatment.Dr. Smith has always wanted to live on the back side of the Wasatch Mountains and couldnt be happier to be working in Park City.
