What an incredibly wonderful experience!! Dr. Alarcon and his assistant were awesome and my visit was pain free. I had a cavity that was hurting me every day and the filling he placed is just beautiful. I can finally eat and drink again with no pain! In addition, this was the first time I've ever had a painless dental visit. I just can't say enough good things about this office!! So glad I came to Dr. Alarcon and I will definitely be back!!!

Looks like this is a recurring issue with this dentist (there is another review by another patient with the exact same situation!). On Saturday, while enjoying ice cream (yes, ICE CREAM!) my crown broke off (one of 5 put in by this dentist) and it was one of my front teeth. I called the office in which the voicemail message clearly states that if you have a dental emergency, press the option and leave a message for an immediate response. I left three messages on this so-called 'emergency line' and did not get any response or call, the entire weekend! If the office only returns calls during normal business hours, then state that!....don't lead people to believe you are there for them in an emergency when in reality, you're not. And to this day, no one from the office has called to speak with me regarding my multiple messages. There's just no excuse for this type of unprofessionalism and ignorance. In addition, crowns are supposed to last alot longer than a year! And the sad part is, I was a patient for a couple years and this office has gone down hill in the treatment of their patients and the quality of work. Never again! Don't do it....it's not worth the headache. There are dozens of other dentist practices with better service, better quality of work, compassion for their patients and who are honest.

Fantastic Dentist! He is so gentle and thorough. He is extremely friendly as well. His staff is wonderful. They even answered questions for us regarding dental insurance when we were switching plans. They got us to the best insurance for the least amount of money and they do fantastic work. I highly recommend this dentist. He is top notch and also takes HMO insurance just because he cares! Great Dentist, great person, and all around great experience! Our whole family uses him.

Not so good. I had six crows put in all my front teeth. Two of them broke off. One broke off while I was eating a beagle. I called my insurance company and they told me his work was guaranteed for three years. When I got there he refused to fix them saying it was my fault they broke. He told me I would have to pay for it out of my pocket because the insurance would not pay for them to be replaced for another three years. I did. Nothing wrong. Just eating food and finding your new crown in your food. I only had them in for four months. Now I have to walk around toothless it is very embarrassing. He should hold up to his work and fixed what went wrong. He just doesn't care. Crowns should not break off at the gum lime after four months. I would not go to this dentist because if something goes wrong from his work he will want you to pay again. I hate my teeth he crowned and can't wait to have them all redone.

The office is beautiful and Laurie the reception greets you with a welcoming smile. The assistant Lisa is wonderful as well and attentive and the dentist is friendly and warm and listens to what your problem is and fixes it. Five thumbs up
