Dr. McDonald is a native Georgian and graduate of Emory University Dental School, who has practiced in the North Fulton area since 1983. He is an active participant in the following professional organizations:
In addition to routine dental care for children and adults, treatments like implantsand cosmetic dentistry, veneering, bonding and bleaching, are all available under the direction of Dr. McDonald. A more beautiful smile is the goal of several cosmetic procedures available with Dr. McDonald. Reconstructive dentistry, including dental implants, which can be used to replace one tooth or an entire arch, can be done in the office. As an alternative to removable partials or dentures, implants are effective, natural-looking replacements for missing teeth. Cosmetic veneering and bonding can change the shape and color of a smile, as well as restore decayed teeth to their natural beauty.
This attention to state-of-the-art technology is carried into all levels of patient services, including sterilization techniques and account management. Dr. McDonalds office uses the most advanced sterilization techniques available and is monitored weekly by the Emory University Bacteriology Laboratory. Staff routinely follows all Centers for Disease Control and American Dental Association infection control guidelines. Insurance and patient billing are handled directly through a computer to ease patients handling of accounts.

Such a terrific group of dental professionals. I always feel at home and welcome each time I visit. Sally, Gaylene, Jennifer, Laura and of course Dr. McDonald are simply the best in dental health care! If you are apprehensive of going to a dentist then you have not been here! We have been patients of Dr McDonald (and his whole team!) for over 30 years. They're like family. Dr McDonald is so kind, takes the time to explain what he's going to do, provides alternatives, and is just an expert at everything he does. We love him and everyone in his office!

The best in the business! We have been going to Dr. McDonald's office for over 11 years and every visit is the best service you can imagine. No waiting, no forms, no "selling" treatments you don't need, just great friendly service. Sally and Gaylene are the best at what they do and make every visit like going to visit with friends! I guarantee it will be the first time you will WANT to go to the dentist!

Dr. Mcdonald has been my dentist for decades and always provides exceptional care. He clearly explains everything in layman terms, including potential costs. This enables me to understand and decide on options to address existing issues, as well as preventative measures for future concerns.
