If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD. My experience was HORRIBLE. When I walked in, I was not greeted at all. When I got to the back, the Dental Assistant never introduced herself and neither did the Dentist. They had side conversation instead of focusing on consumer service. The equipment was old with rust on some of them. I came in for a cleaning and it was not great. The Dentist was so rough, my gums have a sore underneath my tongue. She did not take care in cleaning my teeth. After the cleaning, the dentist just walked out without updating me at the end of the visit. I was told to clean the toothpaste out of my mouth with listerine instead of water. That did not work so I took it upon myself to get water. I told the Dental Assistant that my experience was very unpleasant and she did not care and looked at me emotionless. No communication. Old supplies/appliances. The energy was just horrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! -10/10

I've been a patient of Dr. Baker for more than 20 years. Dr. Baker is very diligent and very gentle. I remember telling her, "Who would think that you come to the dentist and get a laugh". She has a great personality and I love her like a sister. Dr. Baker is the Best!

Dr. Baker is a phenomenal dentist! You can tell from the minute you walk into her office that she cares about you. She makes the best recommendations for your health and your money. She is thorough and has a fun personality. I totally recommend her for your dental needs.

This type of dentist is one of the reason it took me so long to go back to the dentist. Her attitude is very bad. I feel like calling the Dental Association. She is very aggressive on your gums and teeth cleaning. She takes Medicaid. And i think she needs to retire. She stuck me in the gums twice. Thank God I've found a young fresh pleasing personality dentist. If you're a new patient I guess you don't get good treatment. Never again.

I don't recommend anyone to go to this facility there highly unprofessional. Dr. Baker gave me attitude when I asked her questions. They also talk about you behind your back in other rooms but their door is so thin you can hear them. And on top of all of the unfortunate events she's very aggressive on your gums and teeth I don't recommend anyone to use this profession

I went here because all the reviews were positive at the time and I've always had great experiences with private practice dentists. My visit was the opposite. All of the employees were friendly but the communication there was terrible. My appointment started 45 minutes late and there was no communication from the staff at the front desk not the hygienist or Dr. When I finally went to the back. The cleaning itself was quick, but they spent the entire time talking to each other which I wouldn't have minded except they never actually told me anything about my teeth. I figured maybe I'd get the update at the desk, but I was just told as I was being discharged to make another appointment the next week. I was confused since they're usually in six month increments so when I asked why I would need an appointment, the woman at the front desk looked confused, and when the doctor walked by she asked and I was told I needed a filling. Which was news to me that I even had a cavity in the first place since my x-rays, teeth, gums, etc. Weren't discussed with me at all that visit. So when I tried to ask how many, the front desk woman just told me she couldn't tell me that I would have to ask the doctor. I have been to do many dental offices since childhood (lots of insurance changes) and I've never had a visit where none of my treatment was discussed. I'm assuming her bedside Manor is better with regular patients, but if you're a new or first time patient I'd be wary of going here unless you don't have any other option.

I have a son that has Autism and she catered to him VERY WELL...she made him feel comfortable and explained EVERYTHING she was going to do (even though he doesn't understand) It was the thought that she would do that made me look at her in a different way. So I made an appointment for myself for a cleaning and walked out of there with the BEST CLEANING in a long time.

I Love getting my teeth cleaned here because they're professional, friendly and you're seen in a timely manner. I used to work there so they make great looking partials, flippers and dentures. They're great with extractions also so if you're looking for a dentist I recommend Dr. Roxann Baker Family Dentistry DDS PC yep.

I Love getting my teeth cleaned here because they're professional, friendly and you're seen in a timely manner. I used to work there so they make great looking partials, flippers and dentures.
