I graduated fromBoston University School of Dental Medicine, Advanced Standing Program in 1999, with my Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD). My pursuit of knowledge did not stop when I received my diploma: I spend many hours, each year, furthering my understanding and skills.
Dentistry is a constantly changing field; new materials, technologies, and techniques are developed at a breathtaking speed and I am committed to staying current on the many advancements. Through continuing education courses, attending meetings, lectures, and seminars, and reading dental journals, I remain at the leading-edge. Ive studied, in-depth, advanced dental materials, dental implant restorations, and technological advancements in order to provide the best care for my patients.
I love working in a family dental practice, as it means I care for people of all ages from different walks of life. Its an honor to get to know and help our patients achieve their best oral health! I offer gentle and thorough dental cleanings, along with fluoride treatments, and spend a lot of my time teaching patients about their oral health. My husband Rick and I have been married for more than 40 years. We are blessed with two beautiful children, Kaitlin and Jonathan. Im actively involved with the Mansfield Elks and am the treasurer of the Mansfield Emblem Club. My passion is the New England Patriots: Im a 30-year season ticket holder and a true football lover!
I work hard to ensure each patient feels welcome, safe, and at home during their visits. Our doctors and team members are committed to providing gentle, personalized care, and even nervous patients soon learn theres nothing to worry about! I greet patients, check them in, and assist with their paperwork as well as schedule and confirm visits. I also work in our clinic area, sitting chairside during procedures as I support the doctor and our patient.

While cleaning teeth and providing preventive dental care, I talk with my patient about their mouth. Together, we find the home hygiene routine and products to keep their smile healthy and beautiful.
Im a Public Health Dental Hygienist with a portable dental office. I visit those who have difficulty accessing dental care, including people who are disabled, homebound, and elderly, providing preventive care. In my free time, I enjoy escaping into nature, especially when Im backpacking, skiing, and taking long-distance bike tours.
I enjoy getting to know new patients and strengthening relationships with those who are already part of our practice. Its professionally and personally rewarding to help people achieve their oral health and smile goals. I review patients medical history, check their mouth for dental issues, take X-rays, and provide cleanings and soft tissue management. With each patient, I concentrate on teaching them how to care for their smile and encourage them to make positive changes.
Im recently widowed, but being a hygienist has brought me many new friends. I have two adult daughters and an adult son, as well as a grandson. I also have a German Shepard. I enjoy most sports and have been on a womens bowling league for 25 years! I spend my free time at the Norwood Senior Center with my mom.

I have been a patient of Dr. Delcea for many years and have found her and her staff to be extremely knowledgeable of their profession. If anyone is looking for a dentist I would recommend them to see Dr. Delcea and if they need a hygienist see Celeste.

The service and attention provided by this office is outstanding, from the front desk to the dental hygienists and assistants to the dentist! I've been having my dental work done here for many years and the work done is always spot on and on schedule. Tooth cleaning is thorough and a pleasant experience. My most recent tooth cleaning by Sandra showed genuine concern for my long-term dental health. Cavity filling and crown work is exceptional. I think of Dr. Delcea as much as a dental sculptor as a highly competent and accomplished dentist. There has never been a problem after dozens of visits over the years. You can't go wrong having your dental work done here for life!

I have been a patient of Dr. Roxanna Delcea. DMD for over 20 years, ever since she acquired the practice from my previous dentist. Within a few visits, I knew I would remain a patient at this dental practice. Dr. Delcea is extremely knowledgeable. Her workmanship is exceptional. She is very respectful of patient concerns and will do her best for positive outcomes of dental health. Add to all this, Dr. Delcea is very friendly and courteous and has the best office staff. I unfortunately had a crown fall out last evening. I called Dr. Delcea and she was able to squeeze me in to her busy schedule today, less than 24 hours after it happened, to review the situation, clean the tooth and crown and then successfully cement it back on the tooth. Dr. Delcea and her staff were wonderful. They were all so pleasant, helpful and reassuring regarding fixing this situation. I cannot say enough about how thrilled I was that they were able to accommodate me so quickly and immediately correcting the situation. Thank You Dr. Delcea and your staff !!!

Have been receiving care here since 1985. Used to live in Attleboro MA about a 10 mile drive away. Now live in Rhode Island a 27 mile ride. Recently retired, my new dental insurance, part of my medicare advantage plan does not cover visits here. So what did I do? I pay out of pocket. 35 years of awesome care by my hygienist Patty and almost 20 yrs with Dr. Roxanna are priceless. Both are so affable and soothing that I look forward to my checkups, cleanings and the occasional filling. Gentle service for those with any fears.
