Dr. Kapetanos-Panas grew up in Roslyn and graduated from Herricks High School in 1993. She received her BA with high honors from New York University in 1997, and her DDS degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2002. After graduating dental school, she completed a two year residency program at Nassau University Medical Center where she was chief resident. Since her residency, she has been in private practice. In 2008, Dr.Kapetanos-Panas and Dr. Abramowitz became partners. She is now the sole owner of the practice.
Dr.Kapetanos-Panas is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and the Nassau County Dental Society. She furthers her dental education by taking numerous continuing education courses.
