I had a gum infection and they were able to get me in the very next day after I called. Treatment was fast, effective and reasonably priced, even though I didn't have dental insurance. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

I honestly I wish there was a Sixth star to describe Dr. Palermo in her staff. Dr. Palermo and her staff are professional but also caring you know that you matter to them and that they care about giving you the best possible care. Her office has gone far above and beyond my expectations. Her car is gentle safe and effective. I highly recommend this office For every member of your family.

I value people who are professional and personal. Dr. Palermo is and more. For me, it was difficult to find any competent dental practitioners, until I found Dr. Palermo. She is precise, efficient, and she can explain the details of whatever issue you are having with clarity.

As an employee of Dr. Palermo's, it should be a given that I think she's the best of the best!! Been working with her and the staff for 2 years now, couldn't see myself working at any other dental office. Every patient and staff members is taken care of, not only with skills, state of the art equipment and knowledge, but also with heart and passion for what she loves! Highly recommend Dr. Palermo!!!!!!

This practice is amazing. Dr Palermo is so gentle and thorough.the staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I have been going there for the past few years and even after moving out of Erie I'm still a patient in their practice because she is so great.

I'm THE most anxious person when going to the dentist. I visited Dr. Palermo with some concerns about my teeth/gums. She was calm, gentle, and explained everything in detail. Definitely felt 1000% better after my appointment! Recommended.

We saw Dr Palermo for the first time today. My daughter, A, needed a small cavity taken care of. What is simple task for most can become a scary situation for A. A, was born with a rare heart defect and only has half of her heart. Sometimes doctor visits can be overwhelming and the threat of infection is always on our minds. A and I were greeted warmly at the door. Dr. Palmero and the rest of the ladies made today easy. The office was clean, everyone was calm, and within a few minutes A was done and there was not one tear shed. I wish everyone could have the experience we had today. We will stay with Dr. Palmero's office where I know my daughter is cared for and safe. Dr. Palermo and her staff are irreplaceable.
