I've read some of the negative reviews of Dr Ronny Sangid's office but my experience has been nothing but positive. I've been a patient of Dr Ronny for almost 20 years. I started out with the bother, Dr Maher. You don't stay around that long if a doctor/dentist is providing poor service and has a poor attitude to boot. There are too many options out there to put up with that. I've never experienced rudeness from neither Dr Ronny nor Dr Maher. From the dental assistants to Jackie (she may be the office manager not sure), they all conduct themselves in a professional manner. They are polite, patient, caring, and considerate of your time. If I'm on time for my appointment, I'm not sitting in the waiting area too long before being seen. Did I mention that the office environment is kept tidy and clean. In the last 15 or so years that I've been Dr Ronny's patient; his work has been/is excellent. I have no complaints nor have I had any problems after a procedure was performed outside the regular mouth soreness, which is to be expected. I can keep going on but I'll conclude by saying Drs Ronny and Maher Sangid are outstanding dentists. They will even try to work out a payment plan for the dental work if your insurance doesn't cover it all. This is a professional team of people, I don't believe you're be disappointed if you give them a try. Thank you. Ms. L. Hall-Petty

I got a root canal done in 2014 at the age of 18, and for the most part he's been consistent with keeping up with the antibiotics for treating it and that's all he's done, the bare minimum. However my issue with Dr. RONNY is that he doesn't listen to me or take his time to do a good job and he thinks he is justified in charging me again for another root canal every time the tooth gets infected, but I've been demanding for at least 5 years now to have it extracted and removed because I'm a consenting adult and it's turning brown and numb by the day. Be warned, he will try to talk you into expensive processes that your insurance doesn't cover. Put your foot down with him. I've been in pain for years because he couldn't take no for an answer when I was younger. Save yourself some trouble, find a doctor that you can trust to be there for his mistakes or messups years later, one who won't extort you for something he just did a few years ago and should last decades. He isn't worth it to take teens or kids to, hes inept. Maybe older adults but avoid if you're under 21

Extremely rude doctor who refused to work with me after he started work putting in a crown. I came in with extreme pain hoping for relief and he told me to get out and find another doctor. Written for a friend who doesn't have access to this site.

I have been going to Dr. Ronny for many years now (around 13 years) and I always have had a wonderful experience. Whether it is a routine cleaning, or an emergency toothache, Dr. Ronny is very patient, and kind, and always tells you step by step what needs to be done and how he will do it. Jackie, the receptionist at the front desk, is always very helpful with handling my insurance and explaining everything to me. I highly recommend!!!!!

I am very pleased with the level of service and patience that this office has demonstrated. I went to Dr Ronny Sangid because he was recommended from my brother (who also is a patient of his). I was very please with the professional service of the staff and Dr. Sangid. My crown had broken and I needed to have it replaced. The assistant (fedra) took my impression and explained the ENTIRE process to me(from start to finish). I haven't felt as comfortable in a dentist's chair as I have while in the presence of Fedra(she was amazing). I was pleased from the point of sitting in the chair to handing my credit card to the office manager (Jackie).My crown is a prefect fit/look and I can smile again. Dr. Ronny put the smile back into my life which is everything when your job is to work with the public. Overall I would recommend Dr. Sangid and his office to anyone that expect great service and a level of professionalism that is the expectation and not just the standard.

Dr. Sangid & his team provide such excellent care for me. His exceptional skills & professionalism are appreciated. He has a compassionate, highly skilled, friendly & dedicated staff to assist and provide high standard service all the time. I highly recommend Dr. Sangid & his team to anyone who has a need for a dentist.The dentist is well organized, very clean, neat & spacious.Overall this team is the best. Thank you again

Amazing stuff, they were very helpful. I am a very bad dental patient I am paranoid of dentists I do not go unless I absolutely have to, but right from my first phone call to book the appointment and seeing the dentist, they made me feel relaxed. I went in for my consult and walked out not feeling like they were in it for the money. They are definitely all about the patient. A big thank you and yes I would recommend this office to ANYONE. Thank you so much for the gentle care!

I've been coming here for 10 yrs now and it is the best dental service you can find in Northern VA. Dr.Ronny is very professional and caring. Jackie at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure you get seen when its convenient for you even if its last minute. I have had dental implant, root canal and cleaning and I can't be more satisfied.

We have been with this dentist for 11+ years and we have no complaints. They are extremely family friendly, and it is always a pleasure to chat with the staff at the front desk as we wait for the appointment. Once inside, they are very professional and get it done quickly. Dr.Mahir knows what he is doing, and I'm always very confident that we are getting great treatment. On top of all that, they are very understanding and flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments - especially with my three kids and accommodating their hectic schedules. Additionally, they always work with my insurance to give is the best deals available. We 100% recommend their service!

Dr. Maher Sangid& Dr. Ronny Sangid I recommend both of them highly, Best people love Brown& Black ppl They treat you with respect. I can't NOT express how good and knowledgeable they are an excellent Dentist and people's person. I've been going to this Dentist office for three decades and no issues whatsoever!!!!! Dr. Maher is professional with many expertise. He knows his stuff, I appreciate him & staff for going above and beyond to accommodate me and friends and family....,From the front to back they are unbelievable Excellent customers service.
