I had been going to this office for the past couple yrs everyone has been very nice and friendly until my recent experience with the office manager. I won't go into detail. But due to her unfriendly nature I won't be back. Thanks to the nice people that are there. But to her I wish her coal for Christmas.

So, let me state that Kim as been the best person I've ever seen is in any sort of health practice let alone dental practice in my life. Kim has been so supportive in this process and I could ever ask for. This dental office has supported me in so many ways than I can even note. I was not even covered by their insurance practices, yet they seen me. Empathy, and beauty truly has never shown itself more than it has today, in this moment. If you have any dental needs, please visit this dental practice, you won't be disappointed!

Dr. Ron and his staff are a great group of people. He is by far, the most thorough dentist I have ever visited. Kristen (hygienist) and Kim (office) are a pleasure to work with along with the other team players I hardly see because they make it easy to take good care of my teeth.

Terrible experience. I cannot recommend this office. My cleaning went okay. However, my jaw was sore for a week after getting two cavities filled. The front office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

On November 2, 2021, I had an appointment with Dr. Williamson for two fillings and bonding for a gap in my front tooth. As always at 7:30 a.m. I was greeted with smiles and warm hellos. I have never been happier with the outcome of Dr. Williamson's work. He gave me my winning smile back. I am so pleased I think I cried after I looked at my smile without the gap Thanks Dr. and staff. VSP. (very satisfied patient.)

I went in for what I thought would be a first visit, an exam and cleaning. It turned into a question and answer session, a full review of my dental and medical history and the assumption on the dentist's part of a "treatment plan". He even said and intimated he is looking for "long-term care match" candidates. He was very clinical, almost mechanical and O.C.D. in checking off boxes. It was like a job interview, and it was hard not to feel like I had to prove myself worthy of being in his practice. He took molds, individual photos of my teeth from various angles, and a whole series of X-rays; I never actually worked with the hygienist with my oral care. When I checked out, I was told I needed to schedule two appointments for my cleaning, because "that's how we do it". I have NEVER been to a dentist that required a 90-minute consultation, get-to-know-you sit-down or that wants two appointments for what has always been done in one. The office is beautiful, the staff seems knowledgeable, but something is ... off. I left not wanting to come back, and I won't be returning. Nothing improper occurred, but the quantity of questions and probing and the detached manner which appears to be Dr. Williamson's approach did not leave me with warm fuzzies and was a turn-off. I remember thinking to myself, "He probably screams at his assistants when the place is closed or if something isn't notated correctly." I felt genuinely uneasy during and after the process, which seems to be done to suit him, not the individual patient.
