My husband is currently seeing Dr. Thompson for dental implants. He has undergone the first step and has had no pain or issues. Dr. Thompson took great care in making this procedure as comfortable as possible. Dental procedures can be frightening and challenging and we sincerely appreciate the comfort and care he has received.

My husband had an abscessed tooth extracted by Dr. Thompson. He said he was very nice and gentle. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Thompson extracted my wisdom teeth. He and the other staff were kind and explained everything to help me feel comfortable. Had a great recovery with no complications!

I went to Dr. Thompson to have my wisdom teeth removed. The staff was professional, informative, and courteous. Dr. Thompson was great--he very clearly explained what to expect, and he even threw in a few jokes to put me at ease. You can tell he really loves what he does. The procedure went well, and afterward Dr. Thompson checked in with me to make sure I was recovering well (which I was). If I ever require oral surgery again in the future, I will definitely go to Dr. Thompson.

I work in the medical field and I have met rude employees. But this office gets five stars with how she played my daughter. So my daughter had to get her wisdom teeth pulled. She was having pain and had an infection in one. Our insurance was about to end and we needed to find a dentist that " was covered" and could get her in asap. So the lady in the office asked for our insurance information and stated she would call me back after she ran it. Calls me back and tells me we was clear and what my co pay was. I told her I would pay it the day we came in in full. Now hear me... She was nice and I even asked her if I was going to have a balance after what I paid and she said No That what I was paying that day was my total balance. Then two weeks after the visit I get a call that She made a mistake and that the insurance didn't pay it all that I have a remaining balance of 556.30 after I already paid the 1,125.00. So I called my insurance to find out what the issue was and go and be hold the doctor was out of net work and they had a note in there that they stated that to her and she never told me. So I called the office back to ask her why she didn't tell me and she got nasty with me, said I had a bill and it will need to be paid or she'll send it to collection. So just fyi people stay away from that office. Their disrespectful and they'll give you false information and stick you with a bill that you shouldn't have to pay. I have reported that office with her name and the doctor.

This is one of the rudest, offices I have yet to encounter. The woman who runs it is quite rude. I will never return or recommend Dr. Thompson. This is a Dentist office who think only of the money. Actually quite sad.

Refused to answer my questions or look at my teeth. Did not treat me as a person. Watched the amount of time he spent with me. I had to beg and plead with him to look at my teeth. He wanted to remove 4 extra teeth without looking in my mouth or at my xrays. Terrified when I left. And he wanted to put me to out in order to work on me. Then wanted paid before the service was done.
