This dental office is amazing! I have always been a little hesitant to go to the dentist because I dread any criticism about taking care of my teeth. The staff at this office immediately made me feel welcome and never shames you for the condition of your teeth - no matter how bad! I recently had a tooth extraction by Dr. Roessler and he and Diane were incredibly considerate about feeling any pain and ensuring you are comfortable for your procedure. They have TVs and headphones to occupy you during your procedure and they are very timely. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. I'm so glad we found this office. Looking forward to being a longtime patient here.

UPDATE: this review I wrote was from two years ago. And I'm just here to say I still love this place and the people who work here. We finally fulfilled Dr Roessler's plan for my teeth and I've never been more confident in my smile. Him and his assistant Debbie are the most welcoming team. They told me exactly what to expect every step of the way. Constantly asking me if I'm comfortable and making sure I got breaks if I needed them. I will recommend Five Points Dental to anyone who will listen. Could not be happier with my results and the care I have been given along the way. This is the only dentist office I've ever been to in my life that actually makes me want to come back and excited about future appointments! On any given day I will tell you I really don't enjoy going to the dentist.. a couple days ago I got the dreaded toothache. Having been here before and knowing what it entails I immediately called and made an appointment to the closest office with good reviews. I was able to get an appointment next day!!! A miracle on its own. I was seen very promptly upon my arrival at five points dental. Every single person I passed smiled at me. The facility is gorgeous as well. It has such a homey feel rather than a... well dentist office feel. Dr Roessler confirmed my suspicions on the tooth ache and got me some antibiotics right away. He made me a game plan for what he thinks is best for my teeth but put absolutely zero pressure on me to get it done. He simply said this is what I think will be best for you and we will do it whenever you are ready. He sent me on my way. The ladies at the front desk went over how much it would cost when I came back for the root canal next week. Extremely straight forward, very detailed pricing. As well as the cost for the other work he suggested for me. Needless to say, I very much enjoyed my experience here and this will be my forever dentist no matter where I live in Jacksonville. Look forward to achieving a better smile with Dr Roessler!

I moved to Jacksonville recently and was happy to find this office. I have already had two cleanings and a mouth guard made, and I had positive experiences each time. There weren't any issues with billing or anything like that, as they confirmed what my insurance would cover prior to doing anything (which seems like a no-brainer, but that's not how all offices operate!). The only negative thing I would say is that the wait times were a little long when I had my first two appointments (15-20 minutes), but on my most recent appointment I was brought back right away. The staff and doctor are always friendly and personable, and I really like the old houses converted into offices. Unfortunately, they will no longer be taking my insurance in-network so I need to find a new practice, which is a bummer!

Dr Roessler is by far the Best dentist in Jacksonville , I've been going to him for several years , he's so kind , funny and does such a great job ! The staff is wonderful also if I could give him more than 5 stars I would

So many good things to say about this dentist and his office. Once you first arrive the office is clean and welcoming. I've always been terrified of going to the dentist and I've been to more than a couple, however I immediately felt comfortable here. Dr. Roessler is informative, polite, and hilarious. He'll help you create a plan that is best for you, while sharing a few laughs. This place is quick and efficient, you'll be in and out without feeling rushed. I'm so glad to say that I found a dentist that I'm happy to stick with!

Dr. Roessler is the best Dentist I have every been too. He doesn't try to encourage unnecessary dental work and or abuse your insurance.

Best dentist in Riverside! Beautiful office & friendly staff. I normally hate going to the dentist but this Dentist is really nice and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend him, especially those with anxiety about the dentist.

Dr. Roessler took the time to review my x rays in detail and took the time to answer all of my questions. I feel that he is knowledgeable and presents all treatment options in an easy to understand manner. I am very pleased with my experience at his office.

Previously switched to this dental office since 2018 and i've been very happy with the switch. Best dental office in the area! Staff are very kind and helpful. Dr. Roessler is very personable and always greets you in every visit like he's known you for years. If you're thinking of switching dentists, give them a try!
