Personal reward sums up the field of orthodontics. Transforming misaligned or crooked teeth into beautiful, confident smiles provides a tremendous sense of personal gratification. I am a witness, over the course of a couple of years, to a transformation from a child to a young adult. It is so wonderful to send these new young adults out into the world with fantastic smiles.
My continuing education centers on honing my skills as an orthodontist. Currently, my interests lie in Damon Smile and Invisalign clear aligners. Staying current in the rapidly changing field requires continued learning by attending CE courses.
Aggressive pursuit of continued learning benefits my patients on several levels. First and foremost, the latest, most efficient and comfortable technologies are available to my patients.Faster treatment times with this translates to less orthodontic soreness.
Continuing education also exposes me to new, better, and more efficient ways to handle challenging cases. As orthodontic treatment modalities and technologies continue to change, I am dedicated to staying abreast by aggressively pursuing continuing education.
I grew up in Houston, and have lived in Montgomery County for more than 30 years. I am happily married with two grown sons and two playful dogs. When Im not creating beautiful smiles at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and photography.

I have been married to my husband Gary for almost 25years and I have anearly grown son named Justin. We live in the country on eight acres with our three horses, three cats, and three dogs. I am very much an animal lover and enjoy spoiling and spending as much time as possible with my four-legged friends. When I have time, I also enjoy reading, cooking, and entertaining with friends and family.
My role at Bautsch Orthodontics is twofold. First, I get to assist Dr. Bautsch with our patients orthodontic treatment and oversee the clinical areas of the office. I also am here to assist patients in making financial arrangements and processing their insurance claims. I have a background in general dentistry and pediatrics, so I love working with patients of all ages. Seeing their smiles transform through the process is so rewarding!
When Im not in the office, I enjoy spending time in my garden and being with my husband and daughter. Were a racing familymy husband does dirt track racing, and were his biggest fans. Family is so important to me!
I spend my days assisting Dr. Bautsch with patient care. If Im not in the clinic, I may also be in the lab making retainers, ordering supplies, or just helping the office run smooth. Having worked in both general dentistry and orthodontics, Im confident in saying that orthodontics is the best! We get to build such special relationships with our patients and see such joy when their final results are achieved.
Ive been married to my husband David for five years and we have three children. We enjoy traveling and spending quality time with our family, especially if were going to the zoo or the beach. We also have two dogs, Bently our seven-year-old dachshund and Maggie our four-year-old mini Australian shepherd.
We are committed to providing the highest quality of clinical care and personalized service in a warm and compassionate atmosphere. Our doctor and staff enjoy getting to know each patient and thefamily, and love creating relationships that last multiple generations.

Dr. Bautsch is AWESOME! I was a pretty complicated case: after my first set of braces, my jaw began to grow sideways because of some genetic problem. I had to have jaw surgery and a whole other set of braces. Dr. B was so encouraging and wise through the whole process. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and informed. He even got lunch with my surgeon just to discuss my case! I trust him 100%. He does not do unnecessary treatment, and he really makes your smile look awesome. Big fan! I was sad to leave! (Both times!)

Everyone there is very helpful and handles themselves in a professional manner. I even like the music that Dr. Bautsch plays in the office. I most like the way my teeth are being corrected.

We absolutely love Dr Bautsch's office. He and his staff make going to the ortho a great experience because they get to know you and take the time to talk with you and you never feel rushed or like you're just a patient to them. They genuinely care and have a way of putting you at ease through the entire experience.

Dr. Bautsch and his staff are a friendly, caring and warm group of people that always make you feel welcome. That isn't always easy to find! My daughter and I often joke after leaving their office about how we will miss going there when she is done with Ortho! That might sound crazy but in a world full of mediocre service standards, it means a lot to feel good when you leave a place!

Bautsch Ortho is the best! Love all of them because of the old fashion top notch customer service they provide! Very Professional and knowledgeable offering personal service to each case. Dr Bautsch made me feel comfortable and and hopeful on day one. Kelsey and Cayla are so sweet and professional! You will not want your treatment to end with these guys!

Currently in Invisalign treatment with Dr. Bautsch. He is currently making changes that my previous orthodontist could not do. I am loving my smile and I receive compliments all the time. Beyond thankful for Dr. Bautsch! He's the best! :)

Yes I do love Dr. Bausch. My older daughter had braces years ago and she was very comfortable with him. Their office staff is very nice and polite . Now I will be starting my treatment and my younger daughter will be starting treatment soon. I would highly recommend Dr. Bausch.
