It might be a small thing, but I like the text message appointment reminders versus phone calls, thanks for that. As far as the cleaning went, I may have had some trouble areas but they didn't hurt me in the process and they were very friendly. I did not wait more than 5 minutes to get pulled back and you know how doctor's offices are.

Dr. Ronald Sylvester and his staff are amazing! I hadn't been to the dentist in years. I just started going to him a few weeks ago. I've had a cleaning and cavities filled. I would always get nervous going to the dentist but Dr. Ronald Sylvester and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I never have to wait longer than a minute. I highly recommend Dr. Ronald Sylvester.

Went to have my wisdom tooth pulled and was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Virtually no pain involved and feeling great the next day. Very professional office and not pushy.

You're FIRED. Been going there for over 10 years. I go in for tooth pain.This guy amazingly finds 2 bad teeth. Had a deep cleaning not 6 months prior. Now I will need implants...

The staff is very friendly and professional. I never have to wait for more than a few minutes to be seen. Dr Sylvester is very friendly, knowledgeable and always does great work with rates i can afford. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

The staff is very professional, and friendly. They made me feel comfortable when I was so nervous to have my teeth cleaned and cavities filled. Dr. Sylvester is very personable, and precise. I am so happy and relieved I found them.

Not having gone to the dentist in years and not liking ever going, I didn't know what to expect and was nervous due to past experiences with other dentists. However to my surprise, my visit was great! The staff was very nice, helpful, and took time to listen to my questions and concerns. I'm very happy to have found a dentist that I like and actually am looking forward to going back too. I'd highly recommend Sylvester Family Dentistry!
