The most effective prevention programs are those that begin early before problems arise. The infant exam presents a timely opportunity to identify children at risk for dental disease and provide parents with the information they need to care for their infant and keep them cavity free.

We now have the knowledge and the tools to be proactive when dealing with dental disease. When a preventive plan is implemented early in a childs life we are able to identify children at risk, educate and guide parents and, when necessary, provide effective interventions aimed at interrupting the decay process so restorations can be minimized or avoided.
When procedures are explained in positive, age appropriate, child friendly terms, most children do very well during dental treatment. However, we appreciate each childs uniqueness and limitations and offer sedation to ensure each child receives the care they need in a safe, comfortable setting. Our sedation options include in-office anesthesia provided by Dr. Hector Vila. Dr. Vila is a medical doctor with a specialty in anesthesia and advanced training in pediatric anesthesia.
Dr. Ron completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida and graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1985. He remained at the University for his residency training in Pediatric Dentistry which was completed in 1987.
He has been a faculty member in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Florida since completing his residency in 1987 and holds membership in numerous dental organizations including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and Marion County Dental Association where he served as president.
Amy began working in our office shortly after completing her dental assisting training in 1997. While Amy enjoys all aspects of her work, she has a passion for working with children with special needs and our patients with physical and emotional challenges quickly warm to her. She enjoys interacting with each of her patients and their families and making sure all their needs are met and concerns addressed. Amy is a highly skilled professional focused on delivering the most comfortable care possible.
Pams outstanding clinical skills and 14 years working with Dr. Ron makes for efficient and comfortable delivery of care for children with extensive treatment needs. With 2 years of orthodontic experience, Pam is well equipped to provide our patients with braces with the tools and information they need to properly care for their teeth and appliances. Pam is passionate about caring for those in need. She has been on mission trips to Honduras and never misses an opportunity to help in the community through local missions. Pam enjoys all phases of pediatric dentistry especially putting smiles on childrens faces.
Michele joined our team in 2001 after spending 10 years in early childhood education. She has exceptional skills in communicating and connecting with children and is truly gifted in helping even the most apprehensive child work through their fears so they can enjoy a fun adventure to the dentist. Michele has been on multiple mission trips to Romania and Honduras and is actively involved with the youth in her church. In the community, Michele enjoys her role as our dental health educator and feels at home visiting classrooms and teaching children about oral health and proper home care.
Brittany began working with our team after completing her dental assisting training in 2008. She is skilled in all facets of pediatric dental assisting and takes pride in keeping Dr. Ron running on schedule. Brittany is now experiencing motherhood and celebrates each developmental milestone her son achieves. This experience has deepened her understanding of young children and has helped her develop stronger connections with her patients. She brings her youthful enthusiasm and skills together at work to create the most pleasant experience possible for each of her patients.

Love love love this facility! The decor of the building is very kid friendly. Unique colors and shapes. They have wonderful staff both at the front desk and back of house. They are all very polite and patient for each little one. They truly try to make sure their little patients are happy before and after their treatments. Whether giving them a sticker stick or a little toy bear to focus on. The staff focuses on one little one at a time which is great. They don't seem to rush the treatments either. They have not only movies playing in the waiting room but also in the back room. They have puzzles, a train set table, computer games and more. All of which can be used while Dr. Ron is with another patient. Dr. Ron is great with kids! He makes sure the parents are involved and understands the health of their kids teeth. Gives you tips and tricks to improve or maintain good oral hygiene. Highly recommend this dental office. Wish I went to a dentist office like this when I was younger.

Definitely the best dentist around - especially for children. Office was fun and kid friendly. My granddaughter didn't want to leave. Dr Ron made us feel at ease with the assurance that going to the dentist would never become a scary thing for our granddaughter.

Went in for an appointment we had waited over a month for. Filled out paperwork. The lady named Rosemary working behind the counter was very rude. We did not get to see the dentis because my daughter's insurance was not accepted there. Rosemary needs to work on her customer service skills. I've never been treated so poorly in a medical/dental office.

Dr. Ron and his staff were absolutely wonderful from the moment we walked in the front door. The waiting room is inviting and clean. Our hygienist was patient and explained everything to my daughter and had her giggling right away. There were toys and books to read while waiting (briefly) until Dr. Ron came to check everything. The X-ray process was simple and efficient. This whole experience I would give my highest recommendation. The best part is this is the same dentist my husband used as a child and the quality/experience and care has been outstanding all along!

There could not be a better place to take your child to the Dentist than Dr. Rozanski's office! It was my daughters first dental appointment and they created a dental experience she will never forget! I found the staff to genuinely care for children and their dental care. Huge shout out to Michelle, "ma'am thank you for the amazing experience you gave my daughter" you are a true gift to children in your profession. So thankful I chose this dental office to take my daughter too!

My husband and I brought our 10 month old son to dentist for the first time today. Dr. Ron and his team were absolutely amazing! They made us feel so welcome and were great with our son! I highly recommend this dentist!!

I cannot say enough great things about our first time here. My son is 4 years old and refused to let the previous dentist do an exam. I heard great things from other people and read all the outstanding reviews online and decided this would be the best fit for my son. Today, my son talked about Dr. Ron and everyone there all day long! Thank you for making my son feel comfortable!

This is the best pediatric dental office in the area. I drive 50 mins to get there and it is worth it! They are so friendly and kind to the kids. They make it a wonderful experience. My girls look forward to going and they are only 3 and 5.

Could not say enough about Dr. Ron & his staff. My son has been going to him for 17 years and unfortunately today was his last day because he has aged out.
