My son went to get fillings, he has autism and did yell on with the numbing needle and flinched the 2nd time so dr Ramiro refused to do the filling

very unpleasant experience the dentist attempted to remove my hat that was strapped under my neck and it choked me; the dentist was aggressive in my opinion and I felt so uncomfortable I did not get my filling refilled that he had just did and it fell out immediately! don't recommend this place!

Great experience as a first time patient with Dr. Romito & his staff! I needed a broken molar looked at immediately & my normal dentist couldn't get me in so I gave this office a call & they got my in within a couple of hours! They got me back to a room immediately after I finished my new patient paperwork & assessed my broken tooth. The Dr was very knowledgeable & friendly as were his staff. He made me feel safe & I could tell that he was actually listening to me & wanted to help me. I received a referral to an oral surgeon to address the broken molar & will be coming to this dentist from now on. I have alot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, so thank you Dr. Romito & your team for making everything so easy & painless for me!

When the Ravenna office closed, I followed Dr. Romito to the Akron location. That says it all.

New patient. Wonderful experience. Office personal very knowledgeable and pleasant. Dental assistant was professional and friendly. Dr. Frank, as he's called, couldn't have made this experience anymore calming. I 'enjoyed' the whole experience. If enjoy and dentist can he used in same sentence.

The Owners wife has a disgusting attitude, she talks to the staff poorly and you can tell the energy is toxic however the doctor is amazing if it weren't for him his wife would've made me switch offices long ago would prefer and EXPECT better professionalism and leadership skills coming from the wife of the owner
