I LOVE Dr. Taylor! Been going to him for 15+ years and he is honest and knows what he is doing. He has watched several of my teeth for years rather than giving me unnecessary fillings or expensive dental work. I've been to the dentists that believe in charging an arm and a leg for things that were painful and completely unnecessary but Dr. Taylor is NOT one of those dentists. My husband was TERRIFIED of going to the dentist after a horrible experience as a child. Pretty sure he hasn't missed a cleaning, even through COVID, since he started seeing Dr. Taylor. Could not recommend him more. This is the only google review I've ever written if that gives you any idea how I feel. Here's to a healthy smile!

Great Dr and staff!! Such a pleasant experience! I typically hate the dentist but this group made me feel comfortable and have begun to get me back to good oral health!! I definitely recommend this team!!

This is the most amazing down to earth dentist office ever, not only are the professional they are kind and genuinely friendly, most people stress at going to the dentist I however am super excited cause I know it's not just a visit it's an experience...They make you feel so welcome the best part starts as you sign in with the most amazing person she is beautiful inside and out, and goes above and beyond to make sure your billing and scheduling are done she is the bomb.. the hygienist, the dentist everyone in this office is amazing ...I like to talk but my smile had faded in tme they not only did my teeth, they lifted my spirits boosted my confidence I can't stop sming I love this place

Dr. Taylor was great and his staff is so friendly! They offered me several options for an appointment and was able to work with my schedule. I have been going to Dr. Taylor for over a year now and he will be putting in my 2nd veneer in the front. He fixed the chip in my tooth with a temp filling and it looks flawless. You would never know it is a filling! The first veneer looks great also, it matched the other natural tooth (in the front!) perfectly. And they do not hassle you about when you were in last or lecture you. They just take care of it in the best way possible. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years when I first walked in and never once got lectured.

He smelled like alcohol. Guess I should have made my appointment before lunch ? He thinks he is some kind of "rock n roll dentist" and doesn't take his job seriously, office staff is a joke. Bleached my teeth and they burned severely for hours. He said he was trying to make them as white as possible. Big mistake

Great service. Excellent dental work. This office not only has friendly staff but are brutally honest. I have not seen a dentist for over 12 years and as a result they could have sold me on all kinds of services I didn't need. They told me I had great teeth and simply recommended a teeth cleaning for good measure. I took their advice. I will come here again. Susan is an excellent hygienist. It's very obvious she has been in the industry for a long time. Thanks Susan! It not the nicest building or most modern office but don't let the looks turn you away from great service and good people!

Been going to Dr. Taylor for 13 yrs Him and his staff has done an excellent job @ taking care of my needs. My teeth have been kept healthy. On the times i havent had any insurance they have work with me.

I would give negative stars if I could. To note: My daughter has been going to the dentist since she was born and has had major dental work throughout her life (she was born with pitted enamel) so going and getting work done isn't a new experience for her or our family. She got her first crown when she was 2 and began seeing an orthodontist at 5 to prepare her mouth for braces. She has had cavities filed and went to a pediatric dentist as a child. She loves (or at least doesn't mind) going to the dentist. None of our issues have been with her attitude or fear of the dentist. My daughter went in early August 2017 to get a tooth repaired. The doctor and office staff were told that she attends UT in Austin and beginning in the last week of August wasn't going to be available. We were told that this won't be a problem as far as getting the crown put on. She was supposed to be called in a week to set up the setting of the permanent tooth. I finally had to call the end of August to check on the tooth and try and find out what had happened. The tooth hadn't been ordered and so it would be another week to get it in. By this time my daughter was attending school in Austin and would need to come on Friday to get the tooth fixed. We were told that the dentist isn't open on Friday and only open late on M-W. When the situation was explained to the office staff I was told that office hours couldn't been adjusted for my daughter's schedule even though this problem wasn't ours in the beginning. The actual work: The temporary was too big for her space so was filed down and forced to fit in the space in lieu of placing another tooth. The tooth hasn't fit right and my daughter can't even chew on that side of her mouth. When we finally got the permanent put in it only covered half of the tooth and looks horrible. I took her to another dentist and was told that technically it is a good job, it just isn't cosmetically done. Why would you want to get your teeth fixed if they don't look good? She told me that since he was a British dentist he probably didn't get trained in the cosmetic aspect of dentistry. He didn't... I am so regretful that I chose this dentist for my daughter. The office staff is a joke and absolutely refuse to work with their patient's scheduling even when they are made aware of it in the beginning. There are much better things to do that worry about dental work.
