Dr. Roger Paetzell has been practicing dentistry in Madison for nearly 40 years. He’s also lived in town since 1973, when he started college at Farleigh Dickinson University. It was during this time he fell in love with his wife Catherine, and the town of Madison. After graduating from Farleigh Dickinson School of Dentistry in 1981, he opened his family dental practice in Madison. His practice covers all phases of dentistry: implants, Invisalign, veneers, whitening and all general dentistry treatments
In addition to being a member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Paetzell invests significant time in continued learning and training. Dr. Roger Paetzell has received the prestigious Mastership Award from the Academy of General Dentistry, an achievement that recognizes commitment to excellence in dental education. This achievement requires over 1100 hours of continues training in all 16 disciplines, including 400 hours dedicated to hand-on skills and techniques. The Mastership Award is the highest honest available in the Academy of General Dentistry and one of the most respected designations in the profession

Visiting Dr. Paetzell's office is like visiting with good friends or family! The office is clean and highly maintained! I was apprehensive about my visit during Covid19, but now realize just how careful Dr. Paetzell and Catherine are about a sanitized environment. Your temp is taken, you fill out a survey, and you can see just how cautious and careful they are during this time to keep your visit an easy going, positive experience! I highly recommend this practice to everyone and especially those that may have worries about a clean safe environment during this pandemic! Above all they are consistently Professional and kind ! Great experience.

We have, by necessity ( insurance) , switched around to various dentists. I must say that the entire family feels Dr. Paetzell is by far the best. He makes himself available for any emergency and is always honest and clear about options. My husband, in particular, has had a number of scares with crowns and fillings. He never pushes or scares you into spending big money on anything you don't need ( like some we've experienced). The office will always make time to check, diagnose the problem, and alleviate the pain/concern. The staff is most professional and caring as well. Can't say enough about the place. I have recommended to a number of people and ALL have been grateful for the tip. It's a wonderful old world feel with all of the latest equipment!

Dr. Roger Paetzell gets all 5 STARS. I have not been to the dentist in 4 years and am quite nervous about the dentist office in general. Over the weekend I lost a crown and called his office as a new patient. He graciously called me back over the weekend. He told me actually what to do with my tooth and crown and offered to come in early to see me before 8AM on Monday. He cleaned my tooth, fixed a small cavity and cemented my original crown in place. He talked me through everything as he was doing it . I highly recommend this dentist to anyone old or young. You will not be disappointed. He is gentle and ACCURATE. Does his job well.
