Dr. Rodney G. Sigua graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1993 with honors in endodontics. He completed his post-graduate training at Peninsula Hospital in Far Rockaway, NY. In 2001 he was inducted as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. New Hampshire Magazine published one of Dr. Sigua's accomplishments as one of America's Best Dentists. An honor bestowed to him by a vote of his peers. July 2011, Dr. Sigua received the Mastership award in the AGD. The Mastership award is the highest honor available at the AGD and one of the most respected designations within the profession. To accomplish this goal, Dr. Sigua completed over 1,100 hours of continuing dental education. There are more than 150,000 general dentists in the country and less than one percent of them are Masters within the AGD. Currently, Dr. Sigua is the NH delegate and vice president of the NH AGD. In his spare time, Dr. Sigua's hobbies include baseball, motorsports, mountain biking, skiing, and playing classical piano.
Dr. Sigua heads a highly trained professional staff. Our dental team understands that providing great smiles and good oral health for our patients are the result of ongoing dental education above and beyond the minimum requirements. We believe in lifelong learning to provide our patients with the best and most advanced dental care. Collectively, our staff has over 100 years of dental experience!
Kathy has been in the dental field for more than 40 years- First as an orthodontic assistant, while still in high school, then continuing her education at NHTI to become a Dental Hygienist. She has been a Dental Hygienist for more than 35 years and cannot recall a time when shedidnt want to be employed in the dental field! She has worked with Dr. Sigua for more than 18 years. She attends many continuing education classes and reads numerous dental journals to stay current in the latest dental trends. She has been married for 34 years to her husband, Dougand has two adult children, Christian and Phoebe. When she isnt teaching others about their oral health and how to maintain it, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, playing tennis and paper crafting.
Carrie graduated NHTI from the Dental Assisting program in 1993. She joined Dr. Sigua in 2005. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, 4 wheeling, running and exercising.
Amy joined the practice in June of 2020. She graduated from Southern Maine Technical College in 1997 with her certificate in dental assisting. In 2000 she was certified in orthodontics where she had worked for over 14 years. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family.
Deb joined our office the summer of 2019. Deb has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1995 with her career taking her through Switzerland and Romania. Her goal as a hygienist is to provide her patients with complete comfortable care, with a few laughs along the way. Outside of the office Deb spends most of her time watching her kids play sports.
Beth joined our team in April 2019 she has a lengthy background in General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and Orthodontic practices. She is also a Licensed Esthetician. Being a NH Native she enjoys the four seasons and many outdoor activities like, hiking, kayaking, camping and motorcycles. Her free time is spent with her dog Libby, dog sitting and visiting her daughters.

Payment is required at the time of service including any applicable insurance deductible and co-payments. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit insurance claims and do our best to estimated deductibles and co-payments. However, any questions or disputes regarding payment or non-covered services are strictly between patient's and their insurance company. For qualified borrowers, we offer outside financing through Care Credit.

Dr. Sigua recommened work be done on four teeth to prevent issues in the future. Within twelve months four root canals needed to be done. Statistically almost impossible. We reached out to him and he would do nothing to help. We had to pay for four new crowns after we paid for four root canals. Based on how he did the initial work the crown on one tooth cannot seat properly..... so another crown and possible tooth loss. Horrible experience... the worst

Out of the place dentist office. Building looks new. Went in to have my dentures fixed and the Staff was great. And the dentist was wonderful. They explain things to me on the steps of what will happen.

This dental office is absolutely awful, terrible about sending records and very judgmental. I have epilepsy and the meds and grand mal seizures really wreaked havoc on my teeth. Now that things are better under control I want to get my teeth back! At the time Dr. Sigua only had a panoramic X-ray of my mouth. No bitewings or anything. He suggested that I pull all my teeth and get dentures. I walked out in tears. He kept talking about how expensive other options were and wouldn't even discuss those paths. He just assumed I was poor because I was on disability. I paid for a consult of options, not a dentist trying to control my wallet. When I spoke to another dental office, they didn't agree. That's fine that they didn't professionally agree. What is not fine is Dr. Sigua and his office not releasing my complete records to the other office. They said they mailed them to me, but wouldn't release to another dentist until they spoke to the dentist. It was very shady and I still don't understand why. I signed a release at both offices, and they still won't sent my information to the other office. I would avoid this place for a myriad of reasons!

Dr Sigua and his team are top notch! Friendly and professional staff in a welcoming environment. I have been going to them for years and they have always treated me right. Patient comfort and care have always been at the top of their list. If you need dental care look no further, this is the best practice in the state.

Pretty much the epitome of 5 star. Cathy was very personable and it made my visit very enjoyable. Dr Sigua and his assistant were just as great. Very professional and made me feel comfortable. The receptionist was also great and welcoming. Looking forward to going back!

Dr. Rodney Sigua has been my dentist for as long as I can remember, I look forward to my visits with him and its always a positive environment walking into his office. He's extremely passionate, talented and honest with everything he does, I am very grateful to have him as my dentist. Also his staff are top notch, very friendly and will/do go out of their way for each patient. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

IF THIS OFFICE WAS A FOOTBALL TEAM. THEY'D BE THE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS!! Who likes to go to the Dentist? Nobody does.......until now!! From the second you walk in. To the second you walk out. The care and attention given to you and your dental needs. Are on a level unseen and unmatched by any other Dental facility (and I'v been to quite a few) Dr. Sigua and his staff are the Tom Brady and New England Patriots of the dental world. Champions all the way! I wont go anywhere else!

AVOID this place at all costs! Office staff don't listen to you, make egregious billing errors based on their lack of paying attention to what you tell them (in my case, told them repeatedly), and then tell you the account is going into collections in 3 days if you don't pay a seemingly random number of $106 they came up with and had no justification for it (no late fees, interest, or anything else). The office staff are either incompetent or lying thieves. I'd like to believe this could be an honest mistake, but a very similar situation happened to another family member a couple years ago with them! Dr. Sigua and staff are all friendly, but they're either incompetent when it comes to billing or lying thieves. You decide for yourselves, but this was my experience.

Normally the people are scare about dentistry, I used to, Doctor Rodney Sigua and his staff are so friendly and professional, makes you feel confident. I called early in the morning with an emergency, and they received me right away, I totally recommend this place, great equipment, everything is clean, parking lot, thank you so much, I have never felt like that before I meet you guys.

I can not express how grateful I am to all of the staff and Dr. Sigua. They are friendly and very helpful. Because of them I am able to smile for the first time with confidence. I unfortunately had to have a majority of my teeth taken out and needed dentures (I'm only 31years old.) I was very nervous and scared about how I would eat, look and talk but after all of the work was done I can say I am very happy with the end result. They took care of me making sure I was comfortable at all times and any concerns I had they were always there no matter what day or time just like family. They truly care about you as an individual and will help you in any way they can to make it easy and affordable. So again thank you so much for everything. Thank you for giving me a beautiful confident smile. You all are the best. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.

When we moved from New York City three years ago it was with trepidation that I started looking for professionals to take care of my wife and I . My expectations were high both regarding quality of care and kindness . As a physician myself and my wife being a dentist we know that at times is hard to find someone who is very competent and also caring ,someone who does this out of a deeply felt vocation . That is what we found with Dr.Sigua and his Staff . Knowledgeable , compassionate , understanding, driven by the want to provide outstanding dentistry . Dr. Sigua goes above and beyond to make his patients feel well-cared for and comfortable through every step of any procedure. His dedication to his profession is clear and I couldn't ask for a better dentist to help me overcome my initial fears. The staff members are so friendly and compassionate, and the office is always scrupulously maintained. With state-of-the-art equipment, office visits are shorter and more efficient. For the past fifteen years, Dr. Sigua has been the dentist for our whole family. HIGHLY recommend!

This is a fantastic place to go for dental care. The facility is high-tech, the staff is wonderful, and billing is never a problem. Even my 4 year old likes to go to the dentist!
