Went for a root canal 6 months ago. Have continued to have sensitivity in one area of the tooth, which I was told would eventually subside. It hasn't, and at my 6 month check I was told the tooth is dead, there is nothing else we can do except pull the tooth. If the tooth is dead, why do I continue to feel it, and have pain in on one area? They couldn't explain that. I would not recommend Dr. Brown.

Crystal (at the front desk) was very knowledgeable, kind and professional! I had a great experience at this office and will be returning for any future needed dental work!

Poor customer service by Crystal. I would not recommend this place if you have anxiety when getting dental work done. I am very disappointed with the lack of service from Crystal at the front desk.

My husband has gone to Dr. Brown for many years. He continuously gives Dr. Brown and his staff high praise for their knowledge, professionalism, and overall customer service.

Dr. Brown and his staff were amazing! I was so nervous and they reassured me throughout the whole process. My husband and daughter have been treated there as well with only great things to say. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future I'm sure.

Dr Brown did my one and only root canal. I was a nervous wreck but Dr Brown and his staff made me feel at ease. The root canal was painless and I have had no issues after it was done. I highly recommend his office.

Both of my parents and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Brown, his assistants and staff. I was able to schedule my root canal less than a week out and at a time that worked best for my busy schedule. The office seemed very professional. Dr.Brown's assistant was able to interpret her experience and knowledge to guage my expectations making me feel very safe and comfortable. Dr. Brown explained my X-rays to me in a way that was very professional and in which I, having no experience in dentistry, could understand. Dr. Brown was friendly and personal, calling me by my name before warning me each time he would use a new utensil. I felt so comfortable during my hour and half long procedure that I even fell asleep on and off throughout. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone!

My experience with this clinic was TERRIBLE. As a network provider of my insurance, they gave me a quote on the out of pocket price, and I was repeatedly assured of the charge when making the appointment. To my surprise, the final bill charged me twice of what they told me initially. They simply said that it was only an estimate, and blamed the huge bill on me for not having a preventive oral exam within this year. This is ridiculous, how could they make the assumption that I had done this before, without ever bothering to ask? They have poor communication with customers. Unlike many other clinics, I seldom got informed of what's going on during the treatment. Obviously, Dr. Brown had little patience for me to ask questions once the treatment was done. Stay away from the clinic.
