Dr. Maliksi is the best dentist around town. I used to be terrified to go to the dentist and she has been so calm and patient with me working through my anxiety. She tells me all the different steps when she is working on my teeth. After procedures, such as my tooth extraction, she called to check in with me multiple times a day following the extraction. I can't ask for a better dentist. She genuinely cares about her patients and their health.

I've been to a LOT of dentists over the years, and Dr. Maliksi is, by far, the best dentist for a number of reasons. Aside from being VERY GOOD at what she does, she is punctual, accessible, kind, compassionate and continues to educate herself on new procedures and cutting edge technology to make your experience in the dentist chair as smooth and painless as possible. I recently underwent my first pinhole gum rejuvenation procedure and am really happy with the results. The procedure itself, was indeed painless and took much less time than conventional gum surgery. They key to success with this procedure is to first, find the right dentist who knows what they're doing, and then it's up to the patient to be fully compliant during the healing process. I cannot emphasize that enough...a dental procedure can only be as successful as the patient is compliant, it is a partnership between you and the dentist to create your best possible overall dental health. Dr. Maliksi emphasizes this with her patients and takes time to listen and address any patient concerns. I gladly make the 70 mile round trip to see Dr. Maliksi, I know there are hundreds of dentists much closer to home, but when you find a dentist that does a fantastic job in a professional manner and truly cares about her patients, why go anywhere else? If you've been avoiding going to the dentist please stop what you're doing right now and make an appointment to see Dr. Maliksi, your mouth will thank you and it could even improve your overall general health.

Afraid of the Dentist? Well that would be an understatement for what i feel when thinking about the dentist. I fear going so much that I have taken amazing care of my own teeth so that when I go all that is needed is my usual cleaning. I knew one day though things would change. About a month ago while eating popcorn I bit down on one of the uncooked kernels and it took out about half of one of my wisdom teeth. True to form I did what I could to keep it clean an healthy. This did not work. I woke up about a week and a half ago with pain that brought me to tears. The next morning my partner and I researched dentists in the area and seeing how I assumed none would give me good news I chose the first one. Dr. M. When I called, the lovely front dest assistant listened to my story and when she heard about the pain I was in asked for a moment to go speak with the Dr. When she returned she asked how soon I could be in and I said ten. I arrived and noticed a woman standing behind the counter who I though would most likely be the assistant but to my surprise it was not. She knew who i was by name instantly and before talking ran around and said we do hugs here. I knew this would be different. Dr. M started talking like she had known us for years while breaking down for us what she was going to do that day and what we would need to do. Unfortunately this would include having all four of my wisdom teeth removed. eeek. The next week I spent in fear about this procedure. Arriving at the office on "the day" I walked in and found the same happy Dr I met last time. She said don't worry we're going to take this as slow as you need until you're as comfortable as possible. She did just that. we numbed the area and did some test pokes until I was 100% sure I could feel nothing. During the procedure she explained everything she was doing because she knew I like to know what was happening. She also, before doing anything, would doing a 54321 count down so I knew when it would began and when it would end. While doing all of this she still was able to keep up wonderful conversation and laughter. Out of no where she goes we are on your last tooth and i was so surprised because I was sure she was on the first. You would think that was it but no. Dr. M asked me to come in the next morning just to take a look and make sure everything was looking good. I woke the next day feeling minor pain and almost no swelling! This was fantastic. Like I want to go to the dentist all the time now. If you're looking for a dentist this is the one! She is friendly, knowledgable, and just an all around amazing person. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Dr. M for changing my mind about going to the dentist. You're the best!

Dr. Maliksi is the BEST. I was in a bad accident as a teenager where I needed a root canal and had a horrid experience. 10 years later I needed a bone graft and a new tooth. I was so nervous as I have had the worst luck prior with these surgeries including wisdom tooth removal and getting a dry socket. Right away, Dr. Maliksi approached me with confidence and empathy and treated me like her own child. She really cares! Every step of the way she asked me my comfort and pain level and was honest about what the results would be. I never felt one ounce of pain or discomfort (other that what was normal). She would even check in on me to make sure and makes herself available 24/7. I could not recommend a better Dr. and am SO lucky I found her! I also love her high energy!:)

My life has been a cavalcade of dental disasters and every single one of my dentists has added to my problems rather than solve it. Dr. M is not only a phenomenal dentist, she has the absolute best bedside manner of any medical professional I have ever known. I outright refuse to see any other dentist now.

I love Dr M. She's been my dentist longer than I'll admit.. and she's always gone out of her way to help me deal with my dental anxiety on top of all of my complex dental issues. I don't think I could ever cheat on her! She is awesome!! Also her staff is great with working out financial plans etc, and I think she gives a discount to people with no insurance paying up front. No this is not an advertisement for Dr. M !! I just love her, shes funny as hell and really great at putting your mind at ease if you have anxiety associated with dentists.
