Dr. Kozlowski received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University Of Stony Brook in the year 2000, where she graduated first in her class. She then chose to further her knowledge by completing an Advance Education of General Dentistry Residency also at Stony Brook Dental School. Seven years ago she opened the doors of Locust Valley Dental Group to provide comprehensive care and education for her patients on the relationship between good oral health and the patients overall health. She is detailed orientated which can be observed by the layout of the practice, the amenities for her patients comfort, and the equipment and dental materials that are utilized to ensure quality dental care.
Dr. Kozlowski continues to educate herself on advanced technologies of dental medicine. Dental technology is constantly changing and she enjoys learning about cutting edge techniques that will improve the patients overall experience and care at the dental office.
A graduate of Parsons School of Design, she has a BA degree in Communication Design. She has seven years experience in the dental field ranging from dental lab and receptionist to chair side assisting. She attended study clubs for restorative procedures with Seattle Dentist, Barney Clark (First Jarvik-7, artifical heart transplant patient). She also fills her time as a freelance book designer and has worked as Art Director for Doubleday, Sterling and Acanthus Press. She designed North Shore Long Island: Country Houses 1890-1950 for our local author Paul J. Mateyunas. Her passions include: gardening, photography, yoga, baking, home improvement and swimming at the local YMCA. She will work to make your dental visit a pleasant and personable one.
Genene earned an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Farmingdale State University located on Long Island. She brings great energy and treats all of her patients with the respect and familiarity of a long time neighbor and friend. Her passion and quality of work drive her to continuously improve her skills under the mentorship of Dr. Kozlowski. Genene loves to garden and spend time with her dogs, Lily and Pippa.
A graduate of NYC Technical College, Carolyn has 23 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist. The experience, knowledge and overall energy that Carolyn brings to work on a daily basis is outstanding; she treats each patient with an incredible amount of respect and honesty. Carolyn is a mother of three beautiful children and enjoys baking during her down time. She is incredibly gifted and committed to educating her patients on the connection between their oral health and their overall health.
