Dr. Robin Raub, DDS is an award-winning Dental Professional, an active community volunteer, and owner of Raub Dentistry. Dr. Raub has a Doctorate in Dental Surgery and has a reputation helping his patients achieve 'the perfect smile' by restoring missing and damaged teeth using the latest in Dental Implant technology - the best choice for a natural smile.
Early in his career Dr. Raub developed an interest in, and facility for, Prosthodontics the restoration and replacement of teeth, including bridges, dentures and implants. After receiving his post-graduate training at Indiana University he became a leading specialist in the field and was recognized with the coveted and prestigious 'John F. Johnston Prosthodontics Society Scholarship Award for Clinical and Academic Achievement'.
To further his Prosthodontics skills, Dr. Raub completed the program of study in Dental Implants through the Implantology Group of Elmhurst, IL, and Implant Prosthodontics Program, Misch Institute/Temple University. He is a current Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). And has extensive training in Orthodontics (the straightening of teeth) and Periodontics (the treatment of gum and bone disease) through the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo.
Once chided as being 'a perfectionist', Dr. Raub 's passion is helping his patients receive the best dental care possible. He constantly seeks out the most advanced technology and techniques in the field by regularly attending continuing education courses and symposia. My son just went in for a routine cavity fill. The dentist did not put in a bite block on an 8 year old. My son closed his mouth and the instrument went into his gum line during the procedure. I am now being told me may have issues and may even need a crown if the quick fit the dentist did doesn't work. The dentist was arguing with me when I showed concern he didn't put in a bit block which would have kept my son from closing his mouth and took no responsibility for what happened. DO NOT take your kids to this dentist.

I came for a cleaning and general examination, and the experience unfortunately wasn't very pleasant. My dental hygienist was talking badly about another customer to me while performing my cleaning, and also swore while doing so. I also noticed after receiving my fillings schedule that the tooth I had pointed out as having pain was not listed, and I realized that they never asked me to point out specifically what molar it was and never examined it for decay under my old filling, so it was missed. I would have followed up to make sure they got it, but I forgot and at any rate it really isn't my job to make sure they don't miss something since they are the professionals. Lastly, the dentist himself somewhat lacks in bedside manner and came off as condescending after asking about my personal life. To their credit, they did my cleaning very well, it was the lack of professionalism and the missing of a rather major problem that I didn't like.

I have been going to Dr Raub's office for 10 years. In fact I drive past countless dental offices on the 1 hour drive there from my home. Dr Raub is well versed in dentistry, as well as, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and endodontics. This place is literally a one stop shop for all your dental needs. The staff here is always very helpful and accommodating. They are always upfront about the procedures they wish to perform, no surprises, ever. Lastly, I have never had issues with insurance disputes over billing like we have at other offices that alone is golden. Kudos to you and your staff Dr Raub and thank for being so great! I look forward to many more years to come.

As someone who has been seriously afraid to go to the dentist, my first experience with Dr Raub and Kelly (hygienist) and Marty (front desk) was a surprisingly comfortable one in every way! They are all very caring, very patient and very knowledgeable!

Not just knowledgeable, but stays up to date with both regional and world seminars. More outstanding is the professional service given in down to earth personal, caring application. Or, more succinctly: I've been to a number of dentists in my time, but besides being the best, this one's a keeper.

Do not bring your children here! If you care for your children please see another dentist. I agree everyone here is personable but the quality of care for your teeth is absolutely horrible and unfortunately not noticable for years in the case of braces. I deeply regret letting them care for my child's teeth.

Dr Raub and his staff are very knowledgeable and good at what they do! From the front desk to the hygienists, to the Doctor, I've had nothing but good experiences. Dental work is not my favorite thing to have to do, but I drive a little over an hour to use them because they put me at ease and always make my experience a good one! My smile and I are very thankful for them!
