My family has gone to Dr. Ferrill/Dr Alan for years and we absolutely love the entire team! Dr. Ferrill and Dr Alan are both fantastic, knowledgeable, and so kind. They have accommodated for me so many times when I have had urgent last minute needs and reasons to come in. Even though it's a 45 min drive for me I refuse to ever switch! Thank you Family Dentistry Team!!! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Dr Farrell. My family and I have used him for many years and we are 100% satisfied. I have referred many other people to him and they also are very happy with his work. He is very skilled ,stands behind his work, and is super caring.

I have been going to Dr. Ferrill's for about 10 years, my wife, and my kids also go to him. He is a great dentist, the staff is super helpful and friendly.

This dental office is the best! I'm so happy that one patient of Dr Ferrell talk to me about how great gentle no pain at dental procedures and the staff very helpful. I made my appointment and sure it was true. Thanks to the staff for the help and kindness. I definitely recommend this office to everyone

I have been going to Dr. Ferrill's for about 10 years, my wife, and my kids also go to him. He is a great dentist, the staff is super helpful and friendly.

This dental office is the best! I'm so happy that one patient of Dr Ferrell talk to me about how great gentle no pain at dental procedures and the staff very helpful. My entire family has seen Dr. Robert Ferrill for over 25 years. I am always made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly staff and pleasant environment of the office. Dr. Ferrill always explains all the pros and cons of treatment so I can make an educated decision about my dental health. Dr. Ferrill has a great rapport with his assistant and hygienists and they work very well together. His office has convenient hours and they try to work around my schedule. I will never go anywhere else as this office feels like home.

FRAUDULENT INSURANCE PRACTICES...DO NOT GO HERE. Twice i went to this dentist. Twice i was asked to pay in full at time of service...which I did. Twice they filed my claim deliberately checking the "Pay Provider" box instead of the "Pay SUBSCRIBER BOX". For those who dont understand medical billing, let me explain. They got paid in full and then asked to be repaid by my insurance company...so for a $300 procedure, they got paid $425. They owe me the $125 and refuse to pay it and have HUNG UP ON ME. This office is waiting for month end and using patient money that is NOT DUE THEM to float their business. That is unethical, dispicable and outright thievery.
