During conscious sedation, the patient remains in a state of complete relaxation, though still awake, and feels no pain. We also offer laser dentistry from our offices near Worcester and welcome patients from Springfield and beyond. This helps us perform many routine and complex procedures more comfortably and efficiently, meaning our patients spend less time in the dentists chair.
Dr. Rapisarda earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from the Tufts University of Dental Medicine in 1981. Since that time he has kept up with the latest developments in dental technology and technique by completing an average of 80 hours per year of postgraduate training.
Dr. Rapisarda's post-graduate training includes a series of courses offered through the Nash Institute for Dental learning titled The Esthetic Epitome Seminar Series as well as the full core curriculum offered at the world premiere postgraduate teaching facility The Las Vegas Institute.
Dr. Rapisarda also has extensive training and experience with comfort-driven (see Nu Calm) aesthetic dentistry. He maintains active membership inThe Academy of Laser Dentistrywhich supports the principle of offering his patients the best minimally invasive, comfortable,tech-oriented treatment optionsavailable.
I graduated from Springfield Technical Community College in 2000 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. I currently live in Western Massachusetts with my husband and two daughters. I have worked for Dr. Rapisarda for the past 16 years, where I take great pride in treating my patients like family. I strive to provide exceptional care in a relaxed environment.
I graduated from Porter and Chester Institute in 2015 with a certification in dental assisting. I then continued my education and took DANB tests to become a Certified Dental Assistant. I have had the pleasure to work for Dr. Rapisarda for the past 4 years and take much pride in the practice. I love making our patients feel comfortable while helping them in any way I can.
I graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College with a certificate in Dental Assisting. I am currently pursuing my Associates in Business Administration with Mount Wachusett Community College. I have worked for Dr. Rapisarda since Februrary of 2015.
