Robert Pauley, Jr. D.M.D. and Sheila Pauley, D.M.D. have practiced dentistry in the Union City area since 1988. They graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and moved to Atlanta, Georgia to begin their dream of serving people through quality dental work with a caring well trained staff. The practice has grown through the years mostly by word of mouth referrals from satisfied patients. Their Practice Mission is to provide the highest quality care in a warm, safe, and friendly environment.
Dr. Pauley has a passion for educating his patients and providing thorough treatment plans to help his patients visualize and achieve their optimal health. Dr. Pauley wants each patient to leave his office knowing that they are receiving the highest quality clinical care possible.
Dedicated to staying on top of the latest dental technology and treatments, Dr. Pauley is also an educator in the Advanced Dental Implant Studies program. He is involved as a coach/mentor in the Maximus Implant Program.
Dr. Robert Pauley, Jr., is a frequent guest lecturer at Local, Regional, National and International events and symposiums. Dr. Pauley is also co-founder of Buffalo Tactics an organization dedicated to teaching advance techniques in dental implant surgeries.

Friendly, personable staff. Family atmosphere. Dr. Pauley and his staff truly care about their patients. Excellent dentist. I travel over 50 miles to see him, and will nit seek a closer dentist. Hope he never retires!

My experience with Dr. Pauley and his AWESOME STAFF can not be compared with any other medical office, you feel like you're treated as part of a family. The care you receive from these guys is unmatched. Dr. Pauley is the kind of doctor who cares about his patients very much, the kind who calls to check on you, and answers his phone even on weekends. All I can say "THEY ARE THE BEST".!!!!
