Dr. Robert Nieman currently serves as clinical instructor with the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery's Advanced General Dentistry Clinic. Since 1980, Dr. Nieman has continuously provided his professional services to a number of our dental school clinics: as lecturer and clinical instructor in Restorative Dentistry and the Advanced General Dentistry Clinic; as director of the former UWMC Dental Care Center; as clinical instructor in Oral Medicine/Advanced General Dentistry, in addition to serving as both present interim and past co-director of the General Practice Residency.
The needs of his patients are Dr. Nieman's primary concern. Along with assisting patients with comprehensive dentistry needs, Dr. Neiman also specializes in complex medical concerns such as; cancer, transplant, radiation, cardiac and systemic medical disease conditions.
