They canceled my last 2 appointments within 24 hours of my appointment time. Their reasoning for the first was a scheduling error and second was for being short-staffed from a maternity leave. No foresight to reschedule. At my visit today I was locked into the building after the COVID screening. Fire alarm went off with no easy way out. When I questioned them about locking the door I was told to call the fire marshal and was refused service. I was just letting them know but they wanted to argue with me on the the door being locked. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Owner refused to have conversation about my bad history with scheduling. They have acted horrible with no professionalism in front of my son on multiple occasions. Instead of trying to comfort and talk to the client to make solutions they rather argue to defend their mismanagement and lack of professionalism. They would rather blame the client as a "Problem" than take responsibility for their faults. Dr Mansman, if you would like to change your mind and discuss my experiences with your practice and would like to discuss this more feel free to give me a call anytime. I left a message for you after the first cancellation with no response. From the most recent reviews on Yelp and Google I can tell I'm not the only one with these issues lately with your practice.

The wait time is long.. Expect to sit a few hours but Dr Mansman is great. My 3yr old had to get 4 teeth pulled and he was so kid friendly... He knew how to make the visit not scary at all... Through the whole procedure he talked to my son and made it so he could understand... The wait is 100% well worth it... I would recommend anyone to his office.. The techs are super nice as well giving popsicles and explaining everything... Great team work and great job being a awesome dentistry...!

I have been going to pediatric dental center of Frederick for a while now my experience every time I go with my two children is always pleasant the staff is very helpful especially a young lady by the name of Fanny E . She is always smiling and greets us when we walk inn the office to check in !! I have recommended Pediatric dental center to family and friends and continue to do so !

Today was my first visit to Pediatric Dental Center Of Frederick and I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I was with everyone there. My daughter chipped her tooth a few weeks back and we have been to several different dentist. Our first visit there and her tooth was fixed!! She was such a happy camper. A BIG thank you to all the wonderful people who helped make our experience an awesome one. Thank you Dr. Mansman, Erika, Jordan, Edith, and all the other wonderful staff!! You will be highly recommended to everyone. From a very happy mother. :)
