Dr. Svarney and his staff are amazing and made me feel at ease during my wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Svarney is one funny man and he always has a positive attitude! The staff are all amazing and very attentive also. Can't recommend them enough if you're thinking of getting your wisdom teeth pulled out!

Update: This review was for dr. beaty who Dr. Svarney acquired his practice from. This may not be relevant any longer. But leaving the review for someone who may benefit on pricing questions. ______ A great oral surgeon but unless your pockets are lined with gold I would go into a different oral surgeon. He has to be one of the most expensive oral surgeons in San Diego. They wanted over 5K for a 4 wisdom teeth extraction with anesthesia while Dr. Milder ( equally impressive oral surgeon ) wanted nearly less than half that for the exact same operation. Luckily my general dentist Dr. Misleh recommend dr. Milder instead for a 2nd opinion or I'd have grossly overpaid.

I went to Dr. Svarney after the surgeon who extracted my wisdom teeth kept avoiding me. I was getting desperate after bleeding profusely for 4 days straight, and spending nights awake spitting out blood clots. I'm so glad I found Dr. Svarney. He was compassionate and caring, which was 90% of what I needed at that point. Then he pulled all the stops to address the medical issue I was having, and promptly asked to see me again the next day after a small setback. He made himself available to answer all my questions, and kept a positive attitude throughout the whole thing. He understands the importance of the human aspects of providing medical care, and doesn't treat you as just another customer. I had the most wonderful experience with him and his team, and highly recommend them.

Yolanda was kind, efficient and provided great support and follow up for us while we got our referral straightened out for my 83 year old mom. Dr. S was wonderful too and had great bedside manner. He explained everything slowly and clearly and we were in and out in less time than estimated. Thanks to all the crew, they were all great, Yoli and the other lady at the front desk too!

I can not say enough about Dr. Svarney and his team! Excellent work! I was visiting from out if town and needed some emergency dental surgery done. I was in and out within an hour and continued my vacation without any pain!!

My wife had an abcessed wisdom tooth last week. We were referred to Dr. Svarney under the impression he took our insurance. Turns out they didnt but had already begun getting x rays when his staff realized. It was a mutual mistake as my wife was in a lot of pain, on painkillers, hadnt slept in 2 days and english isnt her first language. lol But instead of charging us hundreds of dollars for the x rays we couldnt use they helped us out a great deal by refunding us. Their care was top notch and Marielle, his office manager really went to bat for us and was understanding of our situation. Overall a painful experience made good by a caring staff. Thanks guys! Dr. Svarney was awesome! I would totally recommend him if you're looking to get your wisdom teeth pulled! He great bedside manner and the staff is nice too.

Dr. Svarney and his staff are amazing. When you call the office you automatically know this is a professional caring environment. Marciella and Leslie are so sweet along with the remains staff and Dr. Svarney is so patience and light handed. Best Oral surgeon!

My experience was great from the second I walked in. The front desk was nice and gave me the paperwork I needed. There was basically no wait. I went to get my wisdom teeth out, I was so nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. The doctor did not sneak anything up on me. I'm happy I came here and I recommend Dr. Svarney for wisdom teeth removal or any oral surgery you need. The staff is great!
