North Shore Physicians Group (NSPG) is an affiliate of Salem Hospital, and a member of Mass General Brigham. We are the largest multi-specialty group north of Boston, with more than 350 board-certified physicians, nurse practitioner and other health care professionals in 27 locations throughout the North Shore.
All of our primary care practices follow a Patient Centered Medical Home model. In this model, patients are members of a team that includes their primary care physician, other caregivers and staff, all of whom work with the patient to manage their care. We are connected to the other hospitals within the Mass General Brigham network through a single electronic medical record. If you are our patient and you receive care at other hospitals or affiliated physicians within the Mass General Brigham network, this information will be reported back to your primary care physician and care team so that they remain aware of your health.
We strive to provide a perfect experience to each and every one of our patients. We have established a Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) consisting of patients and families who volunteertoprovide on-going guidance and insight into how to improve the patient experience. Patients and family members can offer a unique perspective about the care that they have received. The role of the council is to represent all patients and ensure that the patient's point of view is integrated into quality and service improvements throughout our practice.
