Dr. Kelleher is passionate about matching the care he provides to the most important concerns of his patients. Because we are each unique in our biologic foundation, it is important to match the biology of the patient to their treatment preferences.
Dr. Kelleher is a Board-Certified Orthodontist. He serves on staff at UC Davis Medical Center, helping kids with developmental anomalies. Additionally, he contributes to orthodontic research and literature and is engaged in study groups with fellow orthodontists in the Bay Area. Our mission is to advance the art and science of our specialty. In recognizing that new, 3D x-rays reveal that nearly 20% of all our patients have fairly delicate supporting bone, Dr. Kelleher has patented an orthodontic device to help reduce treatment risks in these patients and also to reduce extractions for optimizing the healthiest outcomes with other patients.

Dr. Kelleher did my braces over a decade ago.. I was around 12/13 years old. I still have the most amazing smile that I get compliments on wherever I go! Unfortunately, I stopped wear my retainers after about 6 years and my bottom teeth have shifted. I'll be back soon, Dr. Kelleher!

A big thank you to Dr. Kelleher and his team for correcting my bite, which has resulted in improvements in my sleep quality and reduced jaw discomfort/clenching. Going to him for orthodontia has increased my self-confidence and outlook in a matter of a few weeks. I didn't realize how much my misaligned teeth were affecting me, and I'm so grateful to have received such great care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kelleher is a amazing Dr. , he listened to my concerns, he was patient . He did a beautiful job on my teeth. His staff was exceptional, very professional and explained everything very carefully. Dr Kelleher, Rose, Theresa and all of the staff are outstanding. As an adult getting braces for this first time (ugh) everyone on staff worked with this Type A - Virgo to ensure appointments were scheduled, my multitude of questions were answered, teeth/braces were taken care of all with professionalism and humor. This is something that I value. I would highly recommend Dr Kelleher for your orthodontist needs, be it adult or younger needs. As someone who also has TMJ, Dr Kelleher took everything possible into consideration and made my braces time manageable. You truly will be thankful you entrusted your teeth into his care. Thank you Dr Kelleher and staff for making my smile as perfect as possible!

Very grateful that my dentist pointed me in the direction of this office. I was not what I thought was a typical project, by the time I was ready to get the braces off, I was 60-years-old. The experience was mostly seamless, I enjoyed the staff, and the doctor is a straight shooter....although he did tell me it wouldn't hurt, and at times wearing braces is uncomfortable! I'm glad I went through the experience, and as I said, I am grateful to Dr.!

I have a cleft-lip pallet so having braces straighten my smile made me a lot more confident. Kelleher's office was great because they helped me achieve the smile I wanted! I definitely recommend him since him and his staff are very professional and friendly.

Dr. Kelleher and his staff are top notch! This is my second go round with ortho and it has been a great experience. Bonus- he offers a special rate for patients like me who just need minor adjustments and who have been through bite correcting ortho already! Dr. Kelleher has been very patient with me and my ridiculous requests to move teeth micro millimeters!

I highly recommend Dr. Kelleher's office. Dr. Kelleher is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the actions he is taking at every step of the process in an easily understood manner. Also, the administrative staff is tremendously helpful in navigating the insurance and FSA/HSA hoops.

I had a nice appointment until Dr Kelleher decided that he couldn't make a retainer for me because there was a chance I'd have TMJ. I would have appreciated him making another appointment to look at my case further but he decided to "go with his gut" and let me find someone else. This is a major inconvenience on my end and I would have appreciated him seeing me again in a couple days to make a wired retainer that fits, which they do. I did not feel cared for and this really upset me. Lovely office and very nice dental hygienist but a very upsetting experience.

Great experience, I have dealt with years of dental issues including a first round of braces which ended up doing nothing. They helped me structure a plan to get the smile I really wanted and the whole process was actually a lot of fun to witness. 10/10
