From the first phone call to having the the treatment plan explained I was treated with respect and dignity, from the ladies in the front to the ladies in the treatment rooms including doctor. I would like to tell everyone this is the place to go!

1 star only for this place. The clinical staff are very good and my son had no problems. For this I am thankful! However, the front office has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The girl at the desk is condescending and unprofessional. It's actually really disappointing.

I will never ever again go here or refer anyone else to go here. You'd be much better off going anywhere else but here!!

Just a suggestion... let the parents know that they are not allowed back with their child when they are getting a tooth pulled. If I had known this before I would have went to another oral surgeon. My 14 year old daughter is autistic and is having a procedure done that she has never had before. Maybe consider letting the child decide if they want their parent with them. It can be kind of scary for them. You might want to look into getting new staff. 2 out of the 3 I had to deal with were rude and just down right mean. I know you can control what your staff does but they help you make your practice successful. I guess I should've done my research before choosing this oral surgeon and I suggest you do the same.

I had an awful experience with a local dentist for a surgery. I searched for a new surgeon. Dr. Dornauer took the time to listen to me. Even apologizing for the experience I had with the other dentist. He did my surgery and he was absolutely fantastic. I need another surgery and will definitely be seeing Dr. Dornauer.

I had gotten a filling (from a different dentist) and it fell out. The experience from even getting the filling was enough for me not to go back. Eventually the tooth became infected and was causing me a lot of problems. I was supposed to have it removed in April but the pandemic pushed things back. I was able to keep in touch with dr Dornauer through text as the infection got worse and he was able to get me right in once the office opened back up. He did a great job. I suffer from severe anxiety and he was very kind and too the point and made me feel very comfortable! No complaints here I would recommend him to anyone looking for an oral surgeon!!!

Several years ago, I had a great experience with Dr. Dornauer. I had several impacted wisdom teeth that needed removal, along with some sleep apnea related issues that I neglected for years. Dr. Dornauer knew exactly what to do and took care of everything. I found him very professional and caring in our interactions.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Dornauer a month ago and was very pleased by the whole experience. I typically get very nervous about surgeries (and really any medical situation), but the whole staff and experience was simple and easy - i was so relieved! Dr. Dornauer was very trustworthy and I was glad i decided to go with him for my wisdom teeth removal. Would definitely recommend.

The only reason they even received one star is because the surgeon seemed like a nice man. The staff was very rude and unprofessional , they called my daughter Maria when her name is Mariana , when I corrected the girl , she said oh that's how it's pronounced . Wow !!!!!! I had a rude lady when I made the appointment, snotty one that took us into the room , we had to wait almost an hour before the surgeon came in . Then we paid $70 for them to tell us it was gonna cost us $2300 to have her wisdom teeth extracted , we have dental and medical insurance , which both would cover for an oral surgeon , but they were not willing to use the medical even though it's a surgery . So we are out $70.00 and have to go somewhere else .

My two children have had their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Dornauer and he did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Robert Dornauer severed my lingual nerve during routine surgery to remove my wisdom teeth and is now suing me for more money. I would recommend seeking an alternate options if you have an appointment with this dentist.
