From the moment you enter, you will always be greeted by a warm and friendly staff. I should know, I've come to Dr. Hall for years. I've dealt with grumpy office staff but NEVER here. Dr. Hall is the best dentist I have ever had! He's got a very positive attitude and a quiet way of calming me down. On occasion he will even crack a cheesy joke. He makes me laugh, when other dentists made me cringe. He's filled a few cavities, fixed chips, and has always made me feel comfortable, even though I am a total coward. I have tmj-d issues so the hygienist who joins him, Jane, always makes sure my jaw is comfortable. They never rush me. They even take breaks when my jaw feels sore. Jane is my favorite hygienist, she is incredibly thorough in her approach. Don't get me wrong, all the hygienists are well qualified and do great work but Jane and I have the best chemistry. She is very personable, and down to earth. We've had quite a few conversations that go way beyond teeth. She's that easy to talk to. And her work is exquisite. When I get a teeth cleaning my mouth feels amazing. The new office location rocks. It's very easy to get to, and unlike the older location, you will have no parking issues, the layout of the parking is way better. They have huge signage on the building very easy to locate from the street. I have been plagued with sensitive/weak teeth my whole life. I am proud to say the last few appointments have gone totally perfectly - cavity free. I am thoroughly convinced the reason I have made such an amazing turnaround is because the team of Dr. Hall and Jane! They have given me the most excellent advice, and tools, including incredibly strong-acting toothpaste for dry mouth. Thank you Dr. Hall, and Jane, for changing my my teeth, and my smile, for the better!
