This dentist did my husband wrong by working on a front tooth that did not need repairing. Now he lost his tooth. My husband has lost his smile. Then if you stand by your excellency then you would repair the tooth to make right. Even your assistant asked you why were killing the nerve on that tooth which did not need repair

I am a single mom and needed a crown to save my tooth, insurance doesn't cover crowns. Dr Wilde has been such a wonderful dentist to allow me to pay my crown off in payments. My dental services are always taken care of in a timely manner, so I don't have to pay my childcare extra for the time. Dr Wilde has been a dentist for more than 40 years and it's clear how knowledgeable he is with the high quality of my dental care.

I broke my front teeth and Dr Wilde came in on his day off, Sunday, to make sure my tooth nerves weren't effected and fixed my front teeth. The composit matches my teeth color perfectly. Dr. Wilde and his staff do an amazing job supporting my EXTREME dental anxiety too. I hate going to dentist, but the staff make it bareable. I am very grateful.

Worst dentist and worst experience of my life! Did not inform me of any of my options or educate me regarding anything he planned on doing! If I could leave no stars I would! Tried contacting him after getting dentures and a temporary liner on them.... I am still waiting for a call back. Endless to say I've gone elsewhere! Update: what does appointment failures have to do with the type of service you provided. The appointments that were missed were appointments that were missed before the dentures! Also, I was making a huge life changing decision which I obviously chose the wrong person to assist me in this event! Not to mention I had no contact for 6 months with you because you refused to contact me! You can contact my mother for her appointments but when I called and left message after message regarding my dentures and the discomfort I was in, you did nothing! No contact! I had to seek out another dentist to make my dentures and they said, I quote "they are the worst set of dentures I have seen in my career"

Everyone was very nice, but as far as dental work-- go somewhere else. Hadn't been to a dentist in many, many years and they spent a solid 10-ish minutes on my "cleaning." I feel bad leaving this review, but it's the truth. Also, they never answer their phone for some reason?

The last time I was seen at this clinic, I had a couple of fillings done to my back molars. It took nearly 45 mins and at least 4-5 pokes before he could start filling my cavities, because every time he would start, I could still feel everything. After that many pokes and that much time, I decided I would just tough it out and let him fill my cavities. The area just under my eye, my cheek near my ear and chin were all numb, but not inside my MOUTH. It was incredibly painful, but I wanted to get out of there asap. The worst part? The fillings started falling out in tiny pieces by the end of THAT DAY! Within a few weeks, all of the fillings had crumbled out of my mouth. Needless to say, I have not and will not come back to this dentist. Side note: Just look at their short defensive responses to bad reviews! They're more like, "Sorry, but not sorry."

I felt like i was in a dental chop shop. Not professional at all. The teeth cleaning if you can even call it that... Didnt even floss my teeth, among many other poor services. 1 star is being nice and thats for the friendly receptionist.

Best dentist ever! He's gentle, and quick! He listens to me when I tell him I feel pain, tells me what's going on when he does it. I have never had such a kind and caring dentist! His staff are great too! Always polite !! Amazing! I can now smile all because of him and I'm so lucky to have found him!! Thank you Dr wilde!!!

I have a broken tooth, a front one. He wouldnt look at me or even sit in eyesight with me. He made an assumption based on my insurance i would not be able to afford any service besides an extraction. Not his call. I wouldnt have left a star if i could have left a review without one. This man should have no license for anything serving people. The staff is amazing and hope they can find other jobs in the near future. Oregon health plan is NOT welfare insurance you dolt. You are saying "if their expectations are realistic", so what you are saying is, my insurance wont cover me having a front tooth. Guess what? That also is a lie. I urge anyone on capitol dental not to quit until you find someone to fulfil your expectations. Don't let someone ignorant ever make you feel you arent worth it. You are.

He refused to do a crown unless I agreed to pay out of pocket because "my insurance dose not pay him enough," even though it is covered. As for fillings when I asked about using composite he wouldn't give me an exact cost or treatment plan. Then he walked out on me while I was trying to discuss my options! I would give no stars if it was possible!

Place was small and the staff/dentist were nice. However, he cleaned my teeth for approximately 10 minutes, after confirming that I had eleven cavities. He did not suggest that I get a deep cleaning, which I thought I would need especially since I have not gotten my teeth cleaned for a couple of years and I have eleven captives. Overall, I felt like I did not receive the proper care I needed; he could have spent more time cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable.

All of the staff was very kind. I had three fillings done, and while they're fine, the needles used were large and seemingly outdated. I didn't feel very listened to, and had to be renumbed three or four times. While he was nice and semi-gentle, it was a pretty nerve racking experience.
