I've been a patient of Dr Reid's for over 15 years. I've never met a more professional or kind dentist. His entire staff are equally professional and caring. Glory, Mindy and the various hygienist make going to the dentist stress and pain free. Dr. Reid and staff are a refreshing return to a time when patients where appreciated. Spotless office, punctual appointments and personable staff puts you at ease regardless of the procedure. Highly recommended!

Been a patient of Dr. Reed's for over a year now. From the moment you call to make that first appointment, you are treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Reid's staff is the best I've seen at a dentist office. They really do care about their patients, and it shows! On my first visit, Dr. Reid explained everything without being condescending or patronizing, like other doctors. I suspected I had a gum's issue going in, but Dr. Reid was the only doctor who thoroughly explained how that came to be, and suggested we get on a visit schedule that would help me improve. At that time, everything was explained to me in detail, and an estimate of charges was provided before moving forward, which turned out to be right on point. I also wanted Dr. Reid to recommend a possible orthodontist for braces, and I learned via his staff, that he did fast braces in his office! Now, instead of selling me on the braces right away, Dr. Reid asked me to wait until my gums improved before moving on to braces, which I found honest and caring. Any other doctor would've jumped at the chance to make more $, but not Dr. Reid. He knew that in order for the braces to work successfully, my gums needed to be better first! I knew right then I'd found my dentist! If you are looking for a no-nonsense, caring doctor, who'll give it to you straight without being patronizing, combined with some good 'ol Southern charm, then Dr. Reid is your man! Him and his staff are the BEST! I've never enjoyed my dentist visits until now. You won't regret it.

I had a horrible expensive experience with Dr. Reid this week. I am new to the area and needed a dental cleaning. It had been about 6 months since my last. I take very good care of my teeth! I called Dr. Reid's office and made an appt, based upon reviews. I asked if I should have my records sent from my previous dentist, and was told no. Upon signing in I was asked for $211. I thought that was a little high, but being a new patient, thought well OK. I was treated very kindly and professionally by the front desk, and quickly turned over to the dental assistant, who was also wonderful and took tons of xrays. Shortly, Dr. Reid walked in and said he would shake my hand but had stitches in his finger. Eeeew! (TMI) He examined me and then before I knew it, I was being handed a "treatment plan" for $501 addl. funds to clean my teeth. At this point I told him that I would see someone else. Upon checking out was asked for another $56. The front desk did send me my xrays by email. I called another dentist, who cleaned & re-examined my teeth this morning for $99. She was appalled by my story. She said my teeth were healthy! Don't go to him unless you like throwing money away.

I called to make an appt. for my mother and Mindy took the time to actually spend time explaining the exam to me and what to expect, I called 4 other offices in the area with their front desk being rude and quick to cut me off and not answer questions, the first impression of an office is always the first phone call. I appreciate that Mindy actually listened to my concerns about dental treatment needed and the bad experience I had previously. I took my mother in and I was very pleased from the front desk to the back. Dr. Reid took time to listen to my concerns and I felt very comfortable making another appointment. They even worked her in to do her cleaning. I am super impressed and will recommend this office to everyone I know.
