I am very picky about who I choose for a dentist and was very displeased with the dentists I have been to (for various reasons, mostly honesty) when I had to switch from my "regular" dentist to one who accepts my insurance. I chose Dr. Masi's office at random from the internet, not knowing anyone who has ever been there. I had my first appointment with Dr. Masi's office yesterday. I have to say this was absolutely the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a dentist's office. Dr. Masi is HONEST, friendly and very down to earth. The hygienist was very friendly and cleaned my teeth thoroughly and painlessly! The front office staff was the most pleasant, friendly staff I have experienced in a dentist's or doctor's office for that matter and everyone made you feel very comfortable. The office is extremely clean. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Masi's office. I FINALLY found the dental practice I was looking for! A big thank you to you Dr. Masi and all your staff!! If I could give you more than five stars I would! Victoria Hannah

As always The entire staff was considerate and professional. It's not often that a person can enjoy going to the dentist. The atmosphere is relaxed, Dr. Masi is very skillful, knowledgeable, and cares about his patients.

Everyone in this office is very friendly. Never have had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Dr. Masi is very gentle. Never had any pain.

Dr. Robert C. Masi is an outstanding dentist, head and shoulders above the competition. He has superb skills and takes the time to explain the details of treatment. His staff are all equally professional, upbeat and provide an experience of ease and comfort. Highly recommend.

Had no pain and Gave me a filling based on x-rays to save me from a root canal but actually caused the need for 2 root canals by filling 2 teeth together so poorly. So now I paid for the fillings and have to pay $3600 for root canals anyway. Total hack

Dr. Masi is a class-act and so is the staff in his office. I have personally been blessed with someone who cares about my experience, well-being, and of course MY TEETH for almost two decades. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

He is the best dentist I have been to. I was terrified and now I am not afraid at all. The staff is also very kind and they all have the most kindness in their hearts. I just want to say this is the place to go if you need any work done. I will recommend Dr. Masi office 100%.
