This is one of the most unprofessional office I have dealt with in my life. I have left numerous message for the authorization department / manager of the office and she never returned my call for months. After reaching out to my carrier myself I was able to get an authorization. Then I was told by the manager/authorization department that they no longer take my insurance as of 3 weeks ago, when I was told 3 weeks ago that they were working on getting a authorization. The lack of communication is ridiculous. There is no considerations for patients feelings and or importance of their treatment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I love this dentist office. I have had problems with my teeth since I can remember, and by far this is the only place I go to and not have to worry about them messing up my teeth. I have been going here for about 6 or 7 years and I dont see myself every changing my dentist. No matter where I move I will always travel back to queens for my dentist. Good dentist are hard to find.

I had an incident where Dr Friedman called me and basically cursed me out because the insurance called his office and told them about approvals for my daughter was already in. He was upset that i called insurance to check on approval.. This was very unprofessional and shocking. After years of visiting i thought he was more respectful. I never went back. It's about money sad. This really deserve a zero star.

Never do a tooth canal at this practice. The dentist a Dr. Sommer is incapable of doing this particular surgery. He destroyed my tooth. In this practice the main dentist, Dr. Friedman, collects the money. He is all about the money and not about the saving of the patients teeth. He makes Dr. Sommer do the work, but this dentist is not good at what he tries to do. He is all over the place. Save yourself the trip and find another dentist .

This place is an absolute joke, get a new receptionist. When both the cilent and the insurance company are trying to call to schedule an appointment and your rude receptionist tells them to call back it is a huge waste of time. You lose a customer because they are too busy bullshiting in the office telling them to go elsewhere.

It was my first time there. The office is well kept. Clean and friendly. I don't like going to the dentist, I hate the pain in my mouth etc. Dr. Gabba (I believe that's how you spell it) came in the room and really made me feel at ease. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and I should proceed to do. He made me feel relieved and not so scared to visit again. I had an overall good experience there.

Office is small but very clean. There is never a long wait in waiting room but I have had to wait in the dentist chair for over an hour on one of my visits. Dr. Friedman has the best bed side manner I've seen in a long time. I actually enjoy going for check ups with him. Receptionist...not so much.
