Dr. Wallock attended the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and received a bachelor of science degree in zoology in 1986. He then attended Marquette University School of Dentistry where he was the valedictorian of the class of 1990. Dr. Wallock completed a four year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Gundersen Clinic in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. Dr Wallock was certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in 1996 and was re-certified in 2005. Dr. Wallock is trained in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support and advanced trauma life support.

This place is awful! Terrible customer service! Dr. Wallock should have his license removed! I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and chose to be sedated, I guess I had a bad reaction to it because when I woke up, the assistant told me Dr. Wallock left to go do another surgery cause they were having a hard time with me. They never told me I could have a bad reaction to being sedated. When I woke up, he came back and he was very rude to me. When he started working on my teeth, I cried out in pain and he slammed his tools down and said, "okay I'm done" and walked out on me. He only took out two teeth and left a partial tooth still inside my gums. He never even told me that he didn't finish his job, and they sent me home like that. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. I don't know what I did when I was sedated because I was "asleep" but he chose to walk out on me. And walked out on me again because I shrieked in pain. I didn't do anything for him to walk out on me for a second time like that. Slams his tools down and walks out in the middle of working on my teeth. I was scared and confused the entire time, and he didn't even tell me that he didn't finish! I came there to get my wisdom teeth removed and he didn't finish the job and sent me home with a partial tooth still inside of me. Dr. Wallock or the staff never told me that they still left part of my wisdom tooth back there. They never explained anything to my driver with me either. A week later I go in for a check up because I was still in pain, and they didn't say anything to me about the tooth that was still in there. I didn't even know it was there still at that time. I am so frustrated by the lack of consideration this place has. Dr. Wallock is a joke, I have never been treated that way before by a dentist. It was a very terrifying experience. Please do yourself a favor and go see someone else to take out your wisdom teeth.

I'd reviewed him on the Brookfield location, but I actually went to this one. Still same applies...they were all amazing! I chose iv sedation and yes, it was sufficient! I slept most of the day after my husband drove me home, and the healing process has been great! Didnt need to fill my script even. Iv sedation isnt chea0 ANYWHERE, and insurance doesn't cover it, so plan accordingly. Next time, I may be ok with just nitrous because they're so good!

Dr Wallock is a 5 star oral surgeon and has removed 3 of my sons wisdom teeth. I Even though we moved away, I am going to drive 2 hours just so he can remove my daughters wisdom teeth. That's how much I trust Dr. Wallock.

The gentleman at this office who removed my wisdom tooth did a wonderful job. He was very calm and eased all of my concerns. I am very grateful I went here to get my tooth removed.

Very poor after care instructions were given for care after wisdom teeth removal. He has no backup for care if emergencies arise and my daughter had to suffer in excruciating pain all weekend until he returned from out of town. He was then extremely rude to us when he saw us. Would not recommend.
