Dr. Heinrich was born and raised in Spokane and attended Central Valley High School, graduating in 1986. He then attended Carroll College for two years in Helena Montana where he studied Biology. He transferred to the University of Washington studying Zoology before he was accepted to the U of W Dental School there in Seattle. He achieved his DDS degree in 1993 and chose to move back to Spokane where he purchased the practice of his childhood dentist. Dr. Heinrich also attended the University of Leeds in England for an Oral Surgery externship.
Dr. Heinrich is a three time graduate of the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum which teaches practicing dentists higher levels of cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. He is also a member of the Spokane Dental Study Club which is affiliated with the prestigious Seattle Study Club, emphasizing comprehensive oral health care, implant restoration, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Heinrich is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), and his local Spokane Dental Society where he has served on many committees.
Dr. Heinrich is married to his beautiful wife Kim and has a boy Zac and a daughter Lauren. In his time off Dr. Heinrich stays active with running, biking and swimming and loves to compete in various length triathlons. He is an avid hunter and especially enjoys bird hunting with his Labrador Augey. His summers are spent with his family at their cabin and on the water at Priest Lake while in the winter he enjoys snow skiing at 49 degrees North.
