Everyone in the office is always very nice and welcoming.. The doctors are excellent and so are their assistants, they get you in n out with as little to zero pain as possible.. everyone here is just amazing, they even help make sure you are covered and set you up with payment plans if necessary.. highly recommend coming here for any dental work

Usually, Dr Pital office are Real accommodating. However today trying to make other appointments was quite difficult due to having one doctor on staff

Office is nice and clean, workers are nice and polite, Dr was nice. I was scheduled for a crown and I was under the impression that it was verified by the ins and was covered! I'm in the chair ready to start the procedure and I asked, is this covered through the insurance and the Dr said NO! I said Wait! IT'S NOT!!! How much is it, she gave me the price and I don't have the means right now. Imagine if I didn't ask I would've got a bill over $1500.00 Usually they will tell you prior to any dental work what is covered and what's not! 4 DAYS LATER I TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID!!! THE DR DOESN'T WEAR A MASK AND I WEAR A MASK EVERYWHERE AND ALL THIS TIME I NEVER CAUGHT COVID!!! SO BE CAREFUL!!!

Excellent service from Dr Patel and staff . Currently getting braces done and am very pleased with my progress and the communication that I've received . I also bring my little brother who's had trauma from previous dentist . Dr Patel is very caring and patient with adults but especially with kids . She has made it very comforting for him . I've recommend to family and friends . All have been very pleased with the service there aswell.

My wife went to this location and explained to me the course of events that had transpired in the short time she's visited this location. Immediately I noticed red flags. For anyone that is currently going here, ask yourself these questions: 1) why are you having so much work done on your teeth? 2) If you're on Medi-Cali you probably didn't notice because the majority of the bills are being paid by your insurance, but if you truly needed and required services, Medi-Cal would cover the costs, so why would you have to pay out of pocket expenses? Fortunately I'm very observant and ask a lot of questions, so I'm not easily duped. But I implore anyone going to this location to look into it themselves and I'm sure you'll start noticing he red flags. If I could give this place no stars I would. My best advice, don't go to this place... they'll mess up your mouth, and I'm sure there one or two teeth away from a lawsuit.

Dr. Patel and everyone there are so nice and professional. I have never waited long. I am very nervous about going to the dentist but they are all so kind. I would never go anywhere else.

Do not come here, They leave filings in between your teeth and blame you for not flossing. BEWARE MEDICAL INSURANCE HOLDERS Rita charges $50 extra for white fillings when medical covers those white fillings under your plan, she tries to trick you when she says the program has ended and medical doesn't cover white fillings, if she tries to pull that have her call up your insurance provider about your coverage and what they pay for and what they dont. A few years ago I got some fillings done for my son and they said thats the insurance didn't go through and that i had to pay out of pocket, i paid $450 and later came to find out that medical paid and that Rita had lied and took my money. Don't be fooled go some where else the service is terrible.

I have been happily coming here for years since i was child and now being my own children. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. They make me feel like family. I'm never waiting when i have scheduled appointments. They are also great at reminding you of your appointments which is very helpful for me. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

My husband Luis Ramirez is the patient. They are very friendly and courteous. No wait time. In and out in a reasonable time frame. Receptionist and doctor are very welcoming. Will go again.

Myself and my whole family have been with Dr.Patel dental services for quite a while and we always get provided with excellent service and care for our dental needs . All the staff are friendly, helpful and are very experienced always going above and beyond in regards to the work being done and our scheduling needs. Dr. Patel has great experience in the dental field and you can reassure she will do a excellent job and always makes sure the process goes as smoothly as possible. Very grateful for Dr Patel and her staff including the gentleman that performs the extractions. They have been so kind and patient with me as I spent every visit in fear of the pain I may experience during the procedures. It's a nature fear we all have of the dentist but the staff here are so understanding and have made sure that I am comfortable during my visits. Even when I was crying and overwhelmed with fear and emotions, they were so patient and understanding making each process painless. So grateful for these angels haha.
