Responsiveness and flexibility cuts both ways. Remember we have choices out there. You lost a whole family of long term customers (10+ years) and I will not be referring anyone to you, going forward. Should have done this a few years back when my family asked me to do it. Have been a patient for several years and have been subjected to rude behavior by your front office staff, several times now. The day before I had called for a dental emergency for my son who had severe pain and blisters as the result of a recent tooth extraction. We got a response a whole day later, and I was asked to bring him in at 45 minutes notice along with my appointment for the morning. I tried my best to pull him out of school and ended up being 10 minutes late. The receptionist almost enjoyed informing me that I had missed my appointment and this would need to be rescheduled. This whole scramble was avoidable and some courtesy and flexibility is all that was needed. My son and I waited 24 hours, and my son endured pain for more than that, but the doctor and hygienist cannot adjust for 10 minutes. I drive 35 minutes to get to the office. So my time is not valuable to you. Sorry, but this is not good business and not good customer service. Fix this, be humane and fix your practice. My family and I will look for a more courteous and humane practice.

MY daughter and myself have been going here for 10+years so I've new additions to the office...Dr. Maher and Dr. Escalan are God Sends. The shame I had about my teeth especially my smile went away once they stepped in. Thank you are greatly appreciated by us.

I've been coming to doctor Maher for about 5 yeaars and he is always quick and efficient! I've been to many other dentists but my experiences here are on point!

This dentist was assigned to me by my insurance co. When I called to make an appt they told me I was not on their list. I had the insurance company call them a few times and they also faxed paperwork twice. The receptionist told me I can get an appt but I had to pay the total bill out of my pocket when she knew I was covered. I had a broken tooth that was exposed and I begged her to give me an appt using my insurance and she refused. I had to find another dentist. One phone call from the insurance company and I got an appt. very disgraceful for a medical professional to treat someone with an emergency so poorly.

I was referred to Dr. Maher by a friend, being the chicken I am, I hesitated until I was in REAL need of a visit. I had the best treatment ever!!! Dr. Maher and their staff are really professional.

Dr Maher is the best Dentist ever. I never had pain free Dentistry Until meeting Doctor Maher some 20 years ago. He made my smile Beautiful. We have moved to Florida and went back up to NJ for our dental procedures just because he is that good. Heart of Gold always Helping less fortunate people. God Bless you Dr Maher. #BESTDENTISTEVER

I have been coming to Dr Weiss and Dr Maher for 20 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. My wife and 2 children also see the dr's as well my employees who have all switched to this practice. My dental needs are far from simple and have been taken care of with compassion and quality from this practice. I have nothing but great words to say about both dr's in their care and treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr Ryan Maher for over 8 years and have been extremely satisfied with every interaction with the office staff, the hygienists, dental assistants and especially Dr Maher. They always operate and interact in a manner that is very caring, courteous and highly professional. I recommend anyone requiring dental treatment use the services of Dr Maher and his staff. I broke my denture 2 days before a scheduled 2 week vacation. Dr Maher had them repaired and back in my mouth the NEXT DAY! I have been going to Dr Maher for over 10 years, he along with his office staff are ALWAYS efficient and friendly. The care I have received from him is always excellent. I always recommend him and his associates to all my friends and family. He is definitely one of the GOOD GUYS!

I have spent a lot of time and money over the years with dentists. Braces, bridges, you name it, I've had it. When the time came to consider dental implants I went to several highly regarded dental professionals to determine the best plan, and each of them developed a complicated, dreadful sounding and ridiculously expensive recommendation...EXCEPT ONE - Dr. Ryan Maher. Knowledgeable, talented, accessible, honest and easy to talk to, Dr. Maher and team put together a comprehensive plan and delivered perfectly. I've recommended Dr. Maher and team to many and will continue to do so.
