I've been going here for over 2 decades and Dr. Terp and his staff are always consummate professionals. I've never had a bad experience and the whole team is focused on your comfort and getting the work done right. Can't find too many dental offices like this around anymore!

Dr Terp Is the best! Everyone is friendly and makes your visit comfortable and relaxed . Loann is a perfectionist when comes to cleaning your teeth, she is awesome!

This is the first time I am writing a review for any medical care provider, and I am compelled to do so because Dr Terp and his team consistently provide far and beyond the best medical care I have ever received. After he was recommended to me I was skeptical considering how much they sang his praises. How quickly I changed my mind! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienists are wonderful. Dr Terp... where do I begin? He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have been to in any capacity. He takes his time to explain what he is doing when conducting the exam, he is incredibly friendly and helpful, so much so that I honestly look forward to my appointments. I am about to move 30 minutes further away and I will still drive the extra distance to keep coming back. Whenever I have to opportunity I recommend Dr Terp, with a level enthusiasm that probably comes off as strange until I hear back that people love this practice as much as I do. Clearly, I couldn't recommend any higher!

Dr saw me on the same day when I called for an emergency appointment because of the pain I was in. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, the staff were all pleasant and helpful and I was surprised but very impressed when Dr. Terp came out to the waiting area to introduce himself and let me know that I was in good hands. Within the first 10 minutes of being there they brought me be back, took x-rays and the dr was in explaining to me what my issue was and what my options were, and, most important, he did what was necessary to get me out of pain! To make it all even better a couple days later I received a welcome card from the dr and his staff! I am so overly happy that I found this dentist that I know will be the one and only dentist I will be going to from now on. Thank you Dr. Terp and staff for everything!

I haven't been to the dentist in a while but I had to go since I was in horrible pain. Dr. Terp was quick to get me in on the same day and help me out. He explain to me what was the problem and cause of pain. Amazing dentist and staff. Will come again. I highly recommend coming here. Best dentist around!!

My family is walking away from this dentist after 20 years. He was a nice guy, enough to make us disregard the fact that the place looks like a dump. The practice is in the hands of Kelly, the front desk employee, who abuses the little power that she has. And after I called to complain and left him several messages, this dentist who I trusted for 20 years, did not care enough to give a call back. Today he lost a whole family of clients and probably will not be the last ones who leave Richard Terp's practice.
