(I'm posting for my aunt Sandra Corrigan) Dr. Durando took my call personally one morning. I explained that I was having a dental emergency (a significant broken tooth) as I was traveling through the Bay Area. Dr. Durando came highly recommended from my local friend. Fortunately, for me, he was able to make time for me within the hour. He was remarkably gentle and kind and one of the best dentists I've ever seen. I would highly recommend him as being thoughtful, courteous, careful, and flat out one of the most thorough and reassuring dentists I've had the pleasure of visiting. That's saying a lot because I'm generally terrified in the dentist's chair. I recommend him without any reservations.

Dr. Durando knows his craft. I had an emergency situation with a very difficult root canal. He was able to save the tooth. Deep knowledge, great at educating you on the tradeoffs, and equally good followup.

Dr. Durango does precision work. Gold crowns that he placed on molars 25 plus years ago, are still in very good condition. He patiently explains what he is doing and what preventative care a patient can do. He comes highly recommended.

Dr. Durando was excellent! He got right to the heart of the matter of my issue, and I am already seeing improvements. I plan on going back a couple more times to finish my procedure. He also prices things quite reasonably and spent 2 hours explaining/understanding my situation and also completing what needed to be done. I was very impressed - I have not been able to find a dentist as good as he is. Highly recommend!

I've been a patient of Dr. Durando's for more than 20 years. So I've had a lot of dental work done in that time, and all of it has been done with careful education (telling me the alternatives, and what is good and not about each, including just waiting), care to be sure I experience no pain (pretty important!), after-action followup (to be sure the results are working well), and even help dealing with insurance and figuring out the right time to do work (insurance plan maximums). I've had cleanings, fillings, caps, crowns, root canals, and wisdom teeth extracted. Over my 20+ years, I've had Dr. Durando come in to treat me on nights and weekends, and even give me advice when I was in NY with a cracked tooth! Honestly, I could not imagine a higher standard of care.

Dr. Durando has been my dentist for decades. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable and deeply interested in the well-being of his patients. I have had extensive work done over the years and have the utmost confidence in his judgement. I often receive very early morning phone calls or very late night after a procedure to check on my status. It is like having a concierge dentist who also works with my insurance. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Durando has been my dentist since the early 80's. The quality of his work and attention to detail are impeccable. He is clearly a perfectionist which is s highly admirable trait in my book. He may charge a bit more than some others, but all of the dentistry he has performed on me has lasted much longer than the work of any others I've tried (I lived in Hawaii in the early 2000's and was on a company sponsored dental plan for a few years as well). Over the lifetime of care, Dr. Durando's work represents an excellent value. Additionally, he is the only dentist I've seen that utilizes a micro pump for the novicane, which is much more comfortable and allows greater control over the numbing. Lastly, Dr. Durando is quite personable and quite willing to show patients everything concerning their teeth (or as little as the patient wants).

Dr.Durando immediately instills confidence as to his depth if knowledge. He creates awareness of the big picture of my dental health. I am someone who could always find a reason to delay going to tge dentist; with Dr. Durando, i actually look forward to my cleanings and unclench my fists when there is more serious work to be done.
