DO NOT RECOMMEND DR MILLER DENTISTRY IN SUMMERVILLE GA!!!! My 18 year old sister goes in thinking she's having her 6 month teeth cleaning. Goes in there signs the paper saying her address and information is the same. they get X-RAYS a they take her in the room and start talking to her about how she needs teeth removed but did not say they were doing it at this visit. Half way through they start talking about how they are going to remove 4 teeth. By this point they are already putting the numbing shot in her gums. After they get done she goes to leave and the checkout lady says " I need to talk to you" and proceeds to say " did your mom not tell you our office no longer takes Your insurance your gonna have to pay 2,000$" UM NO MAAM YOU SHOULD HAVE ADDRESSED THE SITUATION BEFORE SHE HAD THE PROCEDURE DONE. There should have been a paper showing the price before she ever even had it done. There should have been a consent signed. My dad goes in there to speak with them and ask why wasn't this addressed before she was taken back and their reply was " we didn't know untill after" ABSOLUTELY NOT. AND THEN the Dentist dropped numbing cream in her eye and her eye started swelling. I'm FURIOUS for my sister.

It's very hard to find a good dentist. Dr. Miller is a great dentist and would recommend going to his family practice.

Had a good visit. Got in on time and they went to work right away. Everything was explained to me clearly. Good dentist office, would recommend. Dr. Daniels and his assistant were wonderful.

I was reluctant about seeing a new dentist since Dr. Kruger retired. I had been seeing him for many, many years. All the wondering and worrying was in vain. From the time my husband and l walked into the office we were treated like family. Amy at the desk with her smile. Then Randi who cleaned our teeth, so sweet and gentle.My teeth were so clean and shiny when she was finished. I had a cavity which l had been concerned about since it was in the front. Dr. Daniel come up to talk to me and said he had time to do this filling today if it was something l was up for. I had hoped that would be the case. I was dreading the shots in the front of my gums like l was going for major surgery. I have to say that after the numbing gel that he put on l was very pleasantly surprised. I told him it wasn't hurting at all when he put the shots in . He said he was going very slow with it. Thank God l didn't feel a thing. He ask Megan what color she was thinking for the filling, she told him and he agreed. It came out beautiful. I couldn't say enough good about these fine people! God bless you all! Please forgive me if all the names are not right, lm not good with names like l once was. .

First visit and had a great experience! Randi was my hygienist and she was very sweet and thorough. My exam from Dr. Daniel(s) was great and he went ahead and took care of a quick concern I had, which was great so I wouldn't have to come back.

My mom had some dental work done recently by this office. After her procedure she has serious swelling and bruising. She contacted the office and even went in person so that they could see and they told her everything was normal. She had to go to the urgent care because of the swelling once where they told her she had an infection in the site of her dental work. She had to once again go back today to the urgent care where they told her she needed to see an oral surgeon asap. The doctor she saw at urgent care said the infection was so bad and she have already been taken care of, but due to the lack of care this dental office has shown her she is facing yet again another surgery to correct their mistakes. This office hasn't even tried to contact her to make sure she's okay or anything. This is negligence on their part. Do not recommend this dental office at all.

The staff is very nice. Dr. Miller is very nice. They are very kind and helpful with my special needs daughter. The atmosphere is very calming. I would highly recommend this office to friends and family.

Great first time experience with Dr. Miller and staff. Came in thinking I needed a new crown as the existing one had fallen off twice. But he said the crown was still good and he would make sure it was seated and adhered correctly. Very happy with the result and staff did a great job cleaning my teeth.
