Text and email reminder for dental appointment was great. Very professional dentist and hygienist was thourough. Treatment plan was broken down in doable copayments. My crowns look great and my smile is better than ever! Recommend to all looking for a warm comfortable friendly dental staff.

My son went a week or more to get his teeth cleaning. The dentist did the teeth cleaning and not hygienist. He spent 10 minutes doing the whole while his hands were shaking. My son was almost terrified. Then my son payed $65 dollar for the whole thing. Today my son got another bill for $65 dollars. No ethics.

3/31/18 I am exercising my 1st Amendment right; this is my beliefs and opinions. I honestly wish I was writing about how great a dentist Richard Silva is. Richard Silva DDS is the worst dental person I have ever used. I have had bad RDA's fit crowns better than Silva. My honest advice: if you walk into his office and feel uneasy walk out. And feel good about it. If you feel uneasy about anything in his office get up and walk out. And feel good about it. I wished I had. Silva installed several crowns in my mouth and with every crown my bite got worse; and my teeth hurt more. None of his crowns fit properly. I advise and urge you to get your dental work elsewhere. He reminds me of Hell Boy! If you use him pay attention as to how much pain you have after he completes his work and how long it lasts. Please note if other teeth start hurting; if your bite changes, it gets harder to eat; if you start biting your cheeks and tongue; if your teeth start chipping and fracturing, you start getting mouth sores. When your teeth get really messed up you can't take a pill, wake up in the morning and be all better. Beware of the following: Silva finding two teeth that are side by side and both have problems; Silva finding teeth that are too far gone, after he has ground the hell out of them; Silva telling you that your teeth are supposed to fit like gears. Teeth are supposed to fit like teeth not like gears; Silva asking you if you know who gave you your teeth; then he answers, God gave you your teeth and I'm not God! Take all of these as warnings. Get a second opinion. My bite was OK before he worked on me. It is terrible now! I live in pain. If a dental person gets a crown a little off, it can cause other teeth to hurt and mess up your bite and chewing ability. When he worked on me, not only did the teeth he worked on hurt, but it caused other teeth to hurt. He ground on teeth other than the ones he put crowns on. I have had crowns fitted before and they were the only ones that were ground on (adjusted). You know your own bite. You have had it for years. If it changes you know it better than any dental person. A bad, careless, mental, evil, sadistic or satanic dentist can destroy your health, your financial security, your teeth and your life! I quit after the 4th crown. He wanted me to come back so he could do some more adjusting. His adjusting is terrible. I don't think he has the intelligence or the ability to fit crowns properly. If they grind your teeth down to make their poorly fit crowns fit, it can cause them to be too low; causing improper occlusal contact; leading to chipping, fractures, cracks, breakage, pain and serious oral problems; dentist's love to blame this on bruxism! If the crowns were fit properly in the first place there is no need to grind on other teeth. If your bite is OK; the only crown they should be adjusting (grinding on) is the one they are installing. He said he thinks he was predestined to be a dentist. And he says he thinks he's a good dentist. I think he's delusional. I think he is an evil, cold, calloused and ugly little troll. His prices are low for a reason. You might wind up spending a lot more money elsewhere; having his work corrected. I also caution you about taking out a loan. He gets the money from the loan and uses it to cover your dental treatments; whether they are good or bad he gets his money and you are left paying off the loan. It took me a year to pay off a loan for the worst dentistry I have ever had in my life and I can't afford to have his work redone. Like I said, for my sake and his, I wish I was singing his praises. IMO: Richard Silva is The Worst of the Worst; The dentist from hell; The Nightmare on Delnero Street; Resident Evil; The Swine that will Trample your Pearls and tear you to pieces. He who has ears let him hear. I think he makes crowns in his own image: evil, too short, and too large. Exercising my 1st Amendment right; this is my beliefs and opinions.
