This man was so mean to my mother. He talked to her in a manner that a dentist should never speak to another human. He was rude, condescending, and just generally awful. I'm going to figure out how to file an official complaint about him.

I went to this office for the 1st time and I tell you I was amazed!! I "hate" going to the dentist with a passion!! I had the most wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door until I walked out!! I am in a wheelchair and these people treated me like I was family! Dr Casteen is the best! He told me what I needed and how the process was going to go! I will never go anywhere else! I have a lot of work to be done and believe it or not I am excited and it is all due to the treatment I received from everyone!
