The hygienist did a very thorough cleaning and provided tips on how to keep my teeth cleaner at home. I appreciated that he understood the part that genetics played in my dental health and he based his recs on that. I even got recommendations on the best (and most budget-friendly) products to use for optimal dental health! I started following the advice and saw a huge difference after just a few days! I've been telling everyone I know about this office.

They're very knowledgeable here! Dr. Schneider told me about my condition in plain terms and explained what I could do at home to help between visits. He devised a full treatment plan and making a follow up appointment was easy. I have no qualms about recommending this office.

The staff is extremely kind. I was filling out the new patient paperwork and I didn't quite understand the wording for one of the questions. The lady at the desk explained it to me which I was very grateful for. Once I returned the paperwork to the desk, I did not have a long wait at all which was another thing I loved about this office.

Dr Schneider is very compassionate! When I explained that my little one has a huge fear of the dentist, he did everything he could to put her at ease before the appointment. He even used the cleaning tools to "clean" her teddy's teeth! When he got to work, she was still a little anxious, but it was nothing like visits at our old dentist. That was the smoothest that a visit has ever gone for us! Thanks, Dr. S!

This is just a special shout out to the super helpful ladies in the office. I was having some trouble with billing and the insurance company and they took a bit of time today to explain what was going on. True to form they were more help than the insurance company and things were explained and straightened out. It's good to know I can trust them.

I was looking for a new dentist and after visiting two others I was still not happy with the service. I got a recommendation for Dr. Schneider and wish I would have been able to start here. You can see experience when it is staring at you and this team knows what they are doing. I feel like I'm in good hands.

I don't think my teeth have ever been so clean! I'm honestly the largest baby ever and I was very open about that. The hygienist had very gentle hands and kept my cleaning 100% pain free. She also had a few very good pointers for me that I had never heard before so that was a nice change of pace. Very nice.

Dr. Schneider is the best ever. The whole office is so nice and handles my kids with ease. They treat us like family and make sure we are well taken care of. I've told a lot of people about Dr. Schneider and will continue to.

Man. I had to have a root canal and I suddenly turned into a two year old, at least mentally, and instantly wanted to cry. He hadn't even touched me yet and it was panic attack city. I'm so glad my husband was there because I was a wreck. Anyway, I'm glad to say that my brain made it much worse than it was ever going to be. Dr. Schneider was very patient with my drama and went out of his way to make sure I was ok.

We recently switched dentist due to a change in our insurance. I was referred to Dr. Schneider by my boss. I took my daughter, whom by the way hates going to the dentist and she had a wonderful experience. So glad we came here. I definitely recommend

We are new to the area but Dr. Schneider has been the dentist to the portion of the family that has been here for generations. He's always taken good care of them so I was 100% positive that he was going to be a good choice for us. I was right and after my first visit found our new dentist.

I've had a variety of hygienist work on my mouth as well as the dentist, of course. Everyone has been great and I've never once had any complaint during all the years I've been a patient here.

My roommate comes to Dr. Schneider and when I needed a dentist I paid a visit. He's a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. He makes sure you are very comfortable and feeling zero discomfort. My root canal appreciated that.

I will NEVER go back to Dr. Schneider Dental office in Frankfort. I have been sick for a week. I have barely ate. And when I do eat I am in more pain than I can about deal with. I stay nauseous and I generally just feel bad. I have tried to hold out for the dentist all week but I really didn't feel like I could handle having hands in my mouth being nauseous. I called to ask if I could reschedule for being sick. Was totally cut off, told they didn't care. They told me I was on Medicaid it would be a 35$ fee, which I don't mind to pay, but they were completely rude. I told her I couldn't help it that I was sick and her response was, " I simply don't care, Medicaid will not let you reschedule without 24 hours and if after that a 35$ fee. I said "that's fine but you don't have to talk to people like that" when I tried to explain to her that she could talk to someone without being completely rude she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and the office assistant explain to me that she is barely hanging on by a thread and that the office manager has no one above her and she gets her way. She treats people completely out of line and that it's sad. So with that being said I'm looking for a new dentist again...

Very kind. I had to have extensive dental work done that day, I was very very nervous. But he made sure I was ok, and made sure I was numb. Staff. This was seriously the best dental experience I had.
