This review is long overdue! I have been going to Dr. Fischer for over 30 years. It has been a blessing having him as my dentist and friend. He is simply THE BEST! He is very thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable about nutrition. His overall expertise in health and nutrition has helped me in so many ways over the years. He has a wonderful and professional staff. I will continue to recommend Dr. Fischer to my family and friends!

Dr Fischer has been my dentist for 20 years. He makes me feel comfortable, taking the time to throughly explain any procedure, answer any questions and actually listen to me! I find his work to be excellent, and I love his conservative approach-I never feel "upsold". His team is warm, welcoming and professional. My Doctor was very pleased with the improvement of my sleep apnea thanks to the sleep appliance that Dr Fischer customized for me. I will always be grateful for his outstanding work and caring attitude. Thank you Dr. Fischer!!

We have been going to Dr. Fischer for over 10 years! He was recommended to us by our Family Doctor and our Chiropractor. He has taken care of many fillings for us, as well as an issue we had years ago when my baby had impacted front teeth. He gave him a homeopathic that made the teeth cut through naturally and on their own. He is always friendly and kind and an expert In his field. All 3 of my kids are very comfortable with him. I would never go to another practice. Dr. Fischer and Dr. Zeena can do it all and are a fabulous team!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Fischer for over 8 years. It wasn't until I moved and was forced to find a new dentist that I found out Dr. Fischer had failed to alert me of multiple cavities. On top of that, after experiencing a new dentist and seeing that they spend lots of time with their patients, cleaning, answering questions, whereas Dr. Fischer only ever spent maybe 5 minutes with me, was an eye opener. I feel like I may as well have not gone to a dentist by seeing Dr. Fischer for the past 8 years. Don't get me wrong everyone in this office is kind and well-intended! But do your research and get second opinions.

Dr. Fischer and his staff, namely Kathy, helped change my life! I had previously used a number of dentists over the years, until finally landing here, where I've now been for the past decade. Great value, tremendous care, extremely friendly staff and they have such a high level of expertise. In fact, it was so high and my previous review was so positive that it wasn't showing up on here. Hopefully this one does, because I highly recommend you make the switch to Dr. Fischer! You won't regret it.

I highly recommend Dr. Al-Timimi! She is very professional and so welcoming. I had a big fear from past experiences and her calm demeanor and clarity of the process made my visits easy. Her work is clean and precise. I've been in the DMV area for 12 years and she is definitely the best dentist I have had the pleasure to be a patient of! Thank you Dr. Al-Timimi

Dr. Fischer- where shall I begin. For the last roughly 25 years my son and I have had the pleasure of receiving outstanding dental services from Dr. Fischer and his staff. Not only is Dr. Fischer very thorough, gentle, knowledgeable and dedicated to his patients but most importantly, Jeremy and I trust him completely! After an unpleasant visit to a pediatric dentist as a young child, my son decided he would never return. As a mom, I placed a high priority on dental hygiene. I convinced him that Dr. Fischer and his dental hygienist Cathy, would take care of him. Well, they did that and more, exceeding expectations. Both were patient, kind, welcoming and took the time to cater to exactly what he needed. For that, I am forever grateful! For my son and I it has become so much more than just a visit to the dentist twice a year. We have built relationships, friendships and consider Dr. Fischer and his staff as part of our family. We are Dr. Fischer's #1 fan! 5 stars! Jeray and Jeremy

I have been a patient of Dr. Fischer for 38 years. I drive 100 miles round-trip just to have him take care of my teeth. He is not only a brilliant and thorough dentist but a good friend. I recommend him to anyone I can. His entire staff is highly capable, professional and very nice to work with.

Dr. Richard D Fischer was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and sensitive to my concerns. Even though Dr. Fischer is a pioneer in the field of holistic dentistry, he is kind, competent, gentle and actually listened to me. The office and entire staff is warm and inviting. The quality and treatment I received from Dr. Fischer and his staff was outstanding. I look forward to my visits and highly recommend them!

Dr. Richard Fischer has been my dentist for over 20 years! He is everything I want in a dentist from being holistic, professional, thorough, kind, patient and compassionate! My husband and son also are patients of Dr. Fischer and have gotten the best of care. He is the best in my book!

I've been coming to Dr. Fischer for over 30 years and I absolutely love this dental office! I've had everything done--from cleanings to fillings to crowns, to bridges--and Dr. Fischer's work has consistently been excellent quality and professionally and gently carried out. He is especially conscientious in considering the most natural, healthy treatment solutions with special attention to the individual. The staff and technicians are warm, courteous, and friendly. I have always been amazed at how comfortable I feel there. The atmosphere in general is soothing and pleasant. Check In is easy and the wait is short. The facilities are clean and spacious. I absolutely trust Dr. Fischer, his technicians, and his staff, and I would highly recommend them to all!

I have been going to Dr Fischer since he started his practice... when my teeth were still young! I still have ALL of them, except one I lost in Germany... Dr Fischer wasn't involved in that. My wife and 4 kids all went to Dr Fischer. The kids are all grown and have moved, but they all say they wish they had a dentist like Dr Fischer for their kids. Last thing... I was a lab chemist and heavily exposed to mercury...About 30 years ago Dr Fischer notice I had a "lead line" in my gums and a blood test showed I had high mercury concentrations in my blood... I was treated and am fine now (although when it gets hot, I do get taller!). I'm not saying you should go out and get a cavity on purpose so you can go to Dr Fischer, but if you get one, he's a wonderful choice.

I am so relieved to finally find a dentist who isn't trying to sell me on all kinds of expensive procedures or unnecessary X-rays! I have had several check ups / cleanings at Dr. Fischer's office and I can highly recommend this practice for those who are seeking a more natural and holistic dental experience.

This review had been a long time coming- I've been a patient of Dr Fischer's for about 6 years, ever since I discovered biological/holistic dentistry and wanted to find a practice locally. I really like Dr Fischer, but I've never found his staff or technicians overly friendly, and he rarely has time to actually engage his patients. After an incident where my aunt who I sent here was overcharged, to add insult to injury, my BRAND NEW $1500 molar crown that they attached for me came off while I was having a meal after ONLY TWO MONTHS. How does that happen? I've had one before it, that was there for 20 years and another front crown that's been intact for 15 years. Besides that being an issue in and of itself, my bigger problem was the way they handled the situation: when a patient that's been at your practice for years comes in upset that a crown they paid a lot of money for has just fallen off after only 2 months- you don't just reattach the tooth with minimal explanation and send them on their way. You educate them, inform them, help them understand. Especially when that patient IS CONCERNED, and does want to understand what happened. Just because you assume I'm some 'lay person' doesn't mean I don't take great interest in my own health- I do a lot of research and reading, and am well-informed when I make health decisions. When I asked how I can trust this tooth to stay attached again, I didn't get an answer. When I asked about the bonding agent used to attach the crown, it was the same one used prior (which I suspect was either old or not of high quality), the technician working with me didn't bother answering my questions, as if I was burdening her with wanting to know. Dr Fischer saw me for a split second, attached the tooth and walked off- I couldn't even ask him questions because I was all stuffed up while this tooth was getting glued. How do I know the same process won't yield the same results? No answers here. This has really left me not only disappointed in this practice that I've come to for years, but also left me distrustful and traumatized- I have a great front crown tooth (by another Dr.) that's been there for 15 years- that I keep imagining will fall off because of this horrible experience, and I still don't trust that this new crown by Dr Fischer & his team will remain attached even for a few months. I expect more from a practice that I've been going to for years and pay a lot of money out of pocket for, because they don't accept insurance. I just felt like they didn't care, they got their money's worth from this crown and wanted me out of there.

Dr. Fischer has been my dentist since I retired from the military in 2012. He and his staff are always courteous and responsive when I have questions or concerns. I have never had any trouble finding an appointment that fits my schedule. Dr. Fischer has been my first experience in holistic dentistry and he has replaced all of my amalgam fillings. I must say that since having this procedure I feel that I have improved memory and am very thankful that this was requested for me. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Fischer is simply amazing in every way! When I first met Dr. Fischer I was very scared to go to any dentist for my teeth problems. My fear involved money problem and not knowing how to get my teeth fixed but Dr.Fishcer helped me get better step by step. Because of him I can finally eat without any pain! And I am so much more confident about my teeth! I am blessed to have found him and his wonderful practice. His staff is also amazing! they are always there to help out with any questions and concerns. Everybody there is wholesome, professional and are the kindest people. I recommend everyone to go to Dr.Fischer office. You won't regret it!
