Dr. Mayer has proudly served the Huntsville area for over 34 years. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from Vanderbilt University and his dental degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. Dr. Mayer also received a certificate for an additional year of training in Birmingham completing a General Practice Residency in Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association. and the Huntsville-Madison County Dental Association.

OUTSTANDING!!! Dr. Mayer, Anne, Sharon, and Sherri are true professionals!! I've never been to a better dental office; they are kind, friendly, caring, thoughtful, and pleasant with all clients. They are experts here. Upon having an urgent crown repair needed, Sherri worked me into the schedule immediately and Dr. Mayer did a phenomenal job (after a different dental clinic was unable to fix the problem). I just can't say enough good about Dr. Mayer and his staff; they are TOP NOTCH!!!

Dr Mayer an outstanding top of the line an expert in dental medicine. Absolutely loved his wife Sherri who runs the entire practice, very attentive and caring leader in customer service skills with a beautiful smile and kind soul welcoming all of us patients!! Last but not least Tammy the hygienist an expert in diligently cleaning our teeth with passion for all of us to have healthy mouths!! We are blessed!!

Dr. Mayer has been my dentist for more years than either one of us want to talk about. I highly recommend him and his staff for all your dental needs. They have always taken care of me and my occasional "dental emergencies" expeditiously and with no issues.

1. One hour discrepancy between notified appointment time and "actual" appointment time. Only (repeated) response was, "We have you down for x." Only remedy offered was reschedule. 2. Not handicap friendly! Handicap access ramp is at the very rear of the building opposite the main entrance necessitating long walk down an external wrap-around porch to front door. Alternative is five steps up from parking lot at front entrance. One more step up from porch level to enter. 3. No guest wifi.
