There have been a lot of positive changes in this office recently and its a pleasurable experience going there. The new Doctors are friendly and caring. Highly recommend giving this practice a try.

The staff is fairly nice, but the orthodontist side is super slow with appointment times. We regularly sit in the waiting from for 30-45 minutes past the appointment time. If it were an isolated incident I wouldn't bring it up, but it's almost every time we come. I think some improvements could also be made on communication. I've never met my son's orthodontist. It would be nice to have the doctor out and explain things, or at the very least introduce himself as instead of an assistant. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful though.

Every 6 months I get a call to reschedule my appointment because there pediatric Dr will be out of the office this has happen more then 4 times .

Usually a nice staff but does anybody answer the phone? I've been waiting over 20 minutes now and the automated message says I'm number 1 in line yet no one has picked up for 20 minutes. My bands have fallen off of my braces and I've left several messages saying this needs to be taken care of today because the open brackets are cutting my inner lip. No call back and I left my name and number, twice...

Needs to be said... BRACES MILL. Dude put me in braces twice EVEN BEFORE ALL MY ADULY TEETH GREW IN. 20 years later I now have a twisted bite and rotten teeth because of the molars came in 10 years after I got out of braces. Thanks rich Richard, glad I could help with your Porsches. JUST GO SOMEWHERE else or just accept your child is beautiful and they can get braces down the line and if you want to help, you can.

Dr.Tran is wonderful! My kids have a great experience each time they come. The dental assistants are kind and patient so my kids always feel at ease!

From my eight year old who just went to Dr. Byrd's office for her first time! "I really like it. They have a waterfall and decorative pumpkins. They also had comfortable chairs and really nice people working here!"

Our family is very pleased with the orthodontist service but not the dentistry. Had a bad experience when my grandchildren were taken. I hope it doesn't make it hard for my grandchildren when we take them to a different dentist.

They are really really good my kids love them very nice ppl and my kids are very comfortable their and my two younger kids are scared of Dentnice but loves when they have to go here give the a try u and ur kids will love them

Impatient and brusque. Care is not geared towards children in any way with no considerations made to provide a warm/welcoming invite for children in an otherwise unfamiliar setting coming for their first visit (e.g. no stickers given for the visit). Clearly just wants to get people in and out of the door and collect their billings and provide the minimum care possible. Don't come here unless you want your children to be afraid of the dentist.

Was called and told my daughter was approved for her braces. The girl gave me an appointment for Saturday at 10am. We show up... crickets!!! Thanks for the 50 mile drive and the waste of gas!

i got my braces done here and they do the best job but there was this one time where this woman treated me so rudely and to my mother too, the woman didn't even do her job right with my wire being easily bendy and she didn't even glue my bracket enough, She's supposed to be doing her job right not half. Over all it's really great there <3

I highly recommend dr.byrd for your othrodontic needs yesterday I got my braces put on and it was my first time at his polo location and I absolutely loved the whole experience ,dr.byrd is very friendly The office is beautiful, his assistant Gail was wonderful the staff was very professional and friendly I didn't feel uncomfortable for a moment, The process was very quick and I love his taste in music ...I cant wait for my next visit .

Dr. Byrd and staff are fantastic. Not only do they deliver wonderful service but every visit to the office is a delight. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and ensure you're pleased with your results. I could not recommend anyone better for your orthodontic needs!

We have two kids in braces and we love Dr. Byrd and his amazing staff! Appointments are on time, they're great with my kids, and scheduling and billing run smoothly! Five stars all around!
