Dr. M. Brooke Anderson-Saunders has always been interested in health care. She was born and raised in Rochester, MN, where her father worked for the Mayo Clinic as an administrator. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Carleton College in 1998, and then she went on to the University of Minnesota's School of Dentistry. In 2003, she completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). She brings over 15 years of experience to our practice, and she provides a full range of efficient dental care services.
Dr. Brooke is the proud mother of three children, and she's married to Dr. Bob Saunders, who is also a dentist. When she's not in the office, Dr. Brooke enjoys world travel and adventure, including snow skiing and water skiing. When things quiet down, she enjoys adventure and mystery books.

Worst experience I've had. They care more about whether you have insurance than treating you, the patient. I have above average income due to having 2 jobs, but due to having only medical, and not dental, I was treated sub human. The dentist spent 3 minutes with me, no exam, when I said we weren't a good fit, I still got charged $92.00. Biggest waste of time and money.

Just switched care to Dr. Rice Area Dental. Every visit so far has been wonderful! All of the staff is very kind and caring and *definitely* make you feel well taken care of. From a simple routine checkup to not-so-fun treatment visit--Dr.Rice and his assistant were amazing! They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit and I definitely appreciate it! Highly recommend Dr.Rice--10/10!

I have been going to this office for many years. I just recently moved back to the area and will continue using them. The doctors and hygienists are friendly and make the experience better for me as I hate going to the dentist.

I needed some work done that required drilling, everything went well with no pain. Dr. Rice and his staff are friendly and engaging, they put me at ease before and during the procedure. I am happy to have a wonderful new dentist and I have no qualms about future dental needs.

The office is very laidback. Dr. Rice is practical and professional. My hygienist was very gentle but thorough, and her presence alone would be enough to make me go back. My entire family uses this practice, and everyone has always been pleased with their care.

How can you have a great time at a dental office?? Well, this practice made me feel like I had made new friends. I've only had the diagnostic and xrays so far, and it remains to be seen what my experience will be with future treatment that has potential to be painful...but staff has put me at ease. The dentist himself can really "dish it out," but he can also take it, so that was fun in itself. Definitely worthwhile to see if you can have a positive experience here. Finally, they are super helpful with insurance research and claims...the patient is not left to do all the detailed paperwork on their own.
